Die Lage und der Ausblick traumhaft schön, keine Nachbarn, sehr ruhig.

Sehr mühsame Anfahrt zur Villa über einen steilen Stein-/Schotterweg. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin empfangen, die weder Englisch noch Deutsch spricht, Kommunikation läuft somit übers Handy mit Google-Übersetzer. Die Villa läßt in jeder Hinsicht an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, hier wurde schon seit Jahren nicht mehr ordentlich geputzt. Wir hatten Joghurtspritzer und Fettabdrücke der Vormieter auf den Fenstern, bzw. gleichmäßig verschmiert auf allen anderen Scheiben. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig, der Geschirrspüler befindet sich ausserhalb der Küche/Essbereich nämlich in der Waschküche, d.h. man muss das Geschirr über die Terrasse und einige Stufen tragen (kann man sich sparen, Geschirr bleibt zur Hälfte schmutzig). Eines der Schlafzimmer liegt direkt neben dem Esszimmer (mit Fenster in diesen Raum)und direktem Zugang zu einem weiteren kleinen Schlafzimmer und einem gemeinsamen Minbad/WC mit Schimmelecken in der Dusche und verstopftem Abfluss. Hier gibt es einen Kleiderschrank für beide Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, kein Fenster ins Freie, dafür "erfreut" man sich über die direkte Belüftung durchs Esszimmer/Küche (ohne Dunstabzug). Die beiden anderen Zimmer sind jeweils seitlich an die Villa angebaut, über Treppen erreichbar, mit Klimaanlage, Standard ok, Sauberkeit nein. Der wunderschöne Pool ist leider auch ungepflegt, Blätter und Dreck am Boden, Farbanstrich blättert teilweise ab. Wir hatten schon einige Häuser für unseren Freunde-Urlaub gemietet, aber so etwas Verdrecktes ist uns noch nicht untergekommen, auch ein 10% Rabatt, der uns von der Agentur aufgrund unserer Beschwerden sofort angeboten wurde, kann entgangene Urlaubsfreunden und den vermissten Wohlfühleffekt nicht gutmachen.

Nice place, privacy, lot of Space outside in shade. Nice salty swimming pool. Awesom view.

There Is no way to walk to the beach. On the other hand by car it is just 5mins, there Is no problem with parking ať beach.

The view is superb - and the owners were very kind welcoming us with a cheese/jam plate and wine.

2 of the bedrooms are good, the other 2 are mediocre without proper windows and limited aircon access.

We spent a fantastic week at the property and left with many wonderful memories. The location is just breathtaking, the views, infinity pool, terraces and all the amenities in the house itself made for a very comfortable stay. The house has several terrace areas for relaxation and taking in the scenery, indoor and outdoor dining tables, and the kitchen is very well equipped, also with an open wood-fired oven where we often prepared fish bought at the local market in Omis. The town and beaches are a 10 minute drive away (a car is essential - it is very steep) and the owners were easy-going and close by if we needed their assistance. Any communication with the agency went quickly. The dog also felt very welcome! We would definitely return.

The bedroom provision is more suited to 6 people as access to bathrooms was only possible through one of the other 3 bedrooms, which, as we were a group of 4 couples, encroached on the others' privacy during the night. This bedroom is also missing a wardrobe or drawers to store clothes. A communal toilet/bathroom would have been great. There were only 6 sunloungers for 8 people.

We had a very pleasant stay at this fantastic location. Unfortunately due to colder weather we didn't manage to take full advantage of the pool with it's excellent view. The owners were very kind and available. We happily give our recommendation.
