A fantastic, quiet location with stunning views over Colwell Bay to the Needles, and only a short drive away from Yarmouth and Freshwater.

Having to wash cups, pots, pans and plates left dirty by previous occupants.

Location was perfect , plus disabled friendly which was essential

On arrival we went straight to the bedrooms with our suitcases and 2 out of the 3 beds were made up plus no clean bedding or towels. We looked in the bathroom and all the dirty bedding and towels from the previous holiday makers were on the bathroom floor . So one of us had to sleep on blankets which sorry but unacceptable . The owner came the next day and was surprised to see us as she thought we were booked in for the 12th march and we was booked in for the 11th , I had my I pad with me but could not show our booking as no internet . The owner asked if we wanted her to make the beds or did we want to make them , we replied that we would like her to make them. When the owner left she left all the dirty bedding and towels in the bathroom which was there when we left 2 weeks later x so no cleaning was done and the owner didn’t offer to come back to clean and with covid there should have been a clean . Every time we needed the shower we had to lift all the dirty washing out of the bath then onto the floor then put it back in the bath .

The keys were in a key safe which was easy to access. The views from the property were fantastic.

The accommodation is tired and could do with some updating, the cleanliness of the accommodation was not to a standard expected in accordance with the price paid for the stay. My wife had to wash the glasses before we used then. Be aware the access road is very narrow and has a lot of speed bumps down it which are set at an angle which makes it very uncomfortable when driving over them.
