Maison de ville de 4 chambres au centre de la belle ville balnéaire de Filey. 5 minutes à pied de la plage, 2 minutes à pied du centre ville. Rénovation complète en cours, prête en février.
Rez-de-chaussée grande cuisine-salle à manger neuve avec cuisinière. Espace repas pour 8 personnes avec Smart TV. Séjour au rez-de-chaussée inférieur avec TV et consoles informatiques. 2 x chambres king size. 1 x lit superposé double. 1 x chambre double. Toutes les chambres avec télévision. Pas d'espace extérieur. 1 x salle de bain avec baignoire. 1 x salle de douche.
La maison est proche de toutes commodités, du centre ville et de la plage. La plage de Filey a été classée parmi les six meilleures plages du monde qui sont parfaites pour les enfants, et c'était la seule plage du Royaume-Uni à figurer sur la liste.
Filey est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui apprécient un rythme de vie plus doux - un peu hors des sentiers battus, et tant mieux pour cela!
Avec son magnifique balayage de sable doux et doré, la plage de Filey est l'une des meilleures du pays pour les familles - elle est si immense que, peu importe la fréquentation, elle n'est jamais bondée.
C’est l’endroit idéal pour se promener, faire voler un cerf-volant, construire un château de sable, faire la sieste dans un transat ou peut-être pour faire une observation des oiseaux - Filey Brigg, une péninsule à l’extrémité nord de la ville. Au début du printemps, vous pouvez vous trouver face à face avec un phoque qui sommeille sur la plage, et en été, les observations de marsouins sont régulières. Alors pourquoi ne pas poursuivre avec un voyage au très apprécié Coble Landing, une cale de halage avec un fouillis pittoresque de bateaux et de kiosques, pour une tasse de thé et un buttie de bacon?

Good location, well equipped, lots of crockery, toiletries and extra items, eg. TV channels, things for the beach. House could be better maintained, basement sitting room unfortunately smells unpleasantly of damp.

Very well equipped house, suitable for all ages. The house is near great beaches and Filey is one of the cleanest and most well cared for seaside resorts that you could visit.
The property owners were helpful throughout the booking and we were lucky enough to have lots of sunshine.
Coastal walking is also recommended.

Had lots of space the kids loved the 4 floors we had everything we needed it was comfy and the owner was super helpful when we unfortunately lost a key. They didn't make us feel bad even though we did.Would recommend for big families. We had a very nice sunday lunch around the big table it was special. Thanks again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the property. It was spotlessly clean and really felt like a home from home for us and we would definitely stay here again. The only downside was when it rained heavily there was water into the downstairs lounge area but we informed the owner who dealt with it and kept us informed as to what to do with it

Had a great time in Filey thoroughly enjoyed staying in Damien and Lauren’s property. Lovely and clean, lots of space to chill and relax! 100% recommend staying at this property if you want to check out Filey and it’s wonderful beach!

This was a beautiful house, very well equipped. Short walk to the beach (bit longer with toddlers). Obviously being on 3 floors there were a lot of stairs but these kept off the calories from all the fish and chips.

We enjoyed our time at the house, parking was a little tricky but managed to park a couple of streets away and could pull up near the house to unload/load the car at least.

Lovely house in a convenient location
This house was great for 4 friends to enjoy a weekend away. There was lots of room with everything you might need.
The location is convenient with just a short walk to the beach. There are also a lot of amenities in short walking distance.
Lauren and Damien were great hosts and very helpful.

Lovely family stay
We’ve just had 5 days through the softcover break and loved it. The house was lovely and clean with everything we needed under one roof.

Beautiful week in Filey
Lovely property, well positioned in Filey. No outside space but that’s to be expected in Filey as most terrace house only have small yard anyway. Was concerned that the downstairs snug would be dark as it’s in the ‘cellar’ but there is a window so it was lovely and snug.
Kitchen was well kitted out. Good layout throughout the house.
Had a lovely week and would go back and stay in the house again.

Bank Holiday stay
Really enjoyed our stay. The house lacked nothing that we needed . The beds were very comfy and there were TV's in all the bedrooms. Although the weather wasn't altogether what we would have wanted the house had cards and games we could enjoy. Overall we had a really goood stay.

Really enjoyable weekend away!
We had such a lovely weekend. The accommodation had everything we could have needed plus lots more. It was beautifully done out and very clean, a real bargain for the price. The location was only a few mins walk from all the shops and beach. Would definitely stay again :)

Short half term break
The house is really handy for the town and the seafront. There's a supermarket about 5 minutes' walk from the property and the centre has lots of shops and eateries. The house was comfortable, clean and tidy. There are lots of extras and the owners seem to have thought about most of the things that travellers need. An enjoyable stay.

The property had all the appliances needed plus extras such as a washing machine, dryer and hair straighteners....Also games for the children, they loved the snug with its games and smart tv, always a winner for teenagers!!!!!
There was also wine and biscuits waiting on our arrival....
The communication with the owner was brilliant he answered my texts promptly...
We would definitely stay again.
The only minor thing I would comment on is that there is no outside space, this is made clear on booking. This was not an issue for the time of year we stayed, however if we went in summer it would be nice to have an outdoor space to eat and relax...

We had a wonderful family break based at West Lodge in Filey. We found the property had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and a very easy self check-in process. Lots to do nearby within walking and driving distance - Filey Beach, Scarborough and Flamingo Land! A great property - we would stay definitely stay again.

Lovely weekend
We stayed for a weekend at west lodge and enjoyed every minute. The description of the location is accurate and is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and just around the corner from a main supermarket.
