The accommodation is well equipped with a fully integrated kitchen featuring a Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, extractor, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size double bed with walk-in wardrobe and direct private access to the master en-suite bathroom with bath & handheld shower, and the second bedroom offers 2x single individual beds with access to the adjacent family bathroom with bath and handheld shower.

Guests can relax in the wonderful secure & manicured private sub-tropical community garden, beside one of the 5 beautiful pool areas at the property. There is access also to a children's pool and a pool bar that is open during the summer season.

Guests will also find the Calanova 18-hole golf course within 2 minutes drive/10 minutes stroll, which benefits from an attractive restaurant and sun terrace, with access to everyone and offering a great selection of delicious food and a great choice of refreshments. Open daily from 8am to 8pm, serving breakfast, refreshments, lunch and dinner and menus. There is also a full driving range and professional golf lessons available. Friday night offers live entertainment and a BBQ menu.

Diverse activities are possible locally including surfing, jet-skiing, climbing, having fun at the Water Park, horse riding, boat rides and much more.

Access to guests

The urbanization is gated and secure with cameras and security, features disabled access, and offers secure private underground parking with direct lift access to the property. Calanova Sea Golf is set within beautiful sun-drenched sub-tropical and tranquil gardens, which feature a choice of 5 large swimming pools and a children's pool to choose from, all within easy access of the apartment.

In addition you'll find a pool "chiringuito" style bar within the main pool area serving breakfast, refreshments, alcoholic beverages, snacks, ice creams, coffee and tea in addition to basic groceries like bread, butter, milk etc.

The Calanova Golf clubhouse and restaurant for golfers and guests is easily accessible, serving food and refreshments all day, and offering great golf too. BBQ night usually every Friday night during the summer months with live entertainment.

Please note that this apartment is in a fantastic privileged location, although it is a good downhill 45 minute walk, in order to reach the local amenities. Of course it only takes less than 5 minutes by rental car, or taxi, to La Cala de Mijas.

The center of Málaga is 45 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Málaga International Airport, 38 km from the property.

Great views of the Calanova golf course for golfers and only a short distance from the Calanova Golf clubhouse offering refreshments and snacks, plus BBQ's every Friday and Happy Hour between 4.30pm to 6.30pm everyday in summer.

The owner recommends that you take out adequate travel insurance before traveling. In case of accident occurring whilst at this holiday home is the responsibility of the holiday guest, not the owner or managing agent.

This property is disabled friendly, but not specially adapted for disabled or wheelchair users. There is a communal lift in the apartment building along with ramps in the communal areas providing wheelchair access. The pool and gardens are also adapted for disabled and wheelchair access. This apartment is accessed from the first floor level. Please note that the bathrooms are not accessible for wheelchairs because the doors are too small.

Once your booking has been confirmed, our local property managers will contact you to make arrangements to meet you at the property, or at Calanova Golf. You will be shown around the apartment with everything explained clearly. Our property managers speaks fluent English and Spanish! A rental car is strongly recommended for this property as it is located 4kms up the hill, although Taxis are easily available from the Taxi Rank in the local village of La Cala de Mijas.
