Emerald Isle, Beach House est dans un quartier familial avec accès à la plage au bout de la rue. (2 minutes voir photos) Oceanside avec une courte promenade de la plage. NC. Rampe de la faune à un demi-mile du côté du son. (voir photos) Grands couchers de soleil après cette promenade du soir sur la plage ou depuis les sièges de la rampe de mise à l'eau. La maison est un endroit ombragé calme pour cela après le repos de la plage avec un porche grillagé. Écoutez les vagues du soir s'écraser sur la plage. Un endroit parfait pour le petit déjeuner. Maison entièrement approvisionnée pour le confort. Apportez simplement vos serviettes de plage et votre équipement. La douche extérieure au niveau du sol et le lave-pieds au bas des escaliers maintiennent les planchers de bois propres et confortables. Promenade facile ou vélos disponibles pour se rendre à tout à Emerald Isle, restaurants, jetée, magasins, épiceries, glaces et bureau de poste. Réservez votre séjour et bienvenue!

Comfortable living room, good proximity to beach, groceries, and Bogue Sound. Well-stocked kitchen. Kelley promptly took care of anything that arose and kindly leant us his canopy when ours fell apart in the wind. The porch is a nice addition though due to heat, we spent more time inside. Enough room in living room for games, reading, and those who had to work.

Nice home in a nice area! The best thing about the house is the refrigerator with the filtered water and ice maker! The screened in porch was nice too. Beach access ok, the boardwalk has many steps which can be difficult when carrying chairs! All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

This place was great for our family! The property was very clean and well stocked. It was a good location.
The only negative was the ceiling being so low at the top of the stairs. Two members of our family (both over 6 foot) hit their heads pretty hard when coming down the stairs. There really should be a warning or caution sign for that!

House was great. Kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans and necessary dish ware. Bathrooms are quite small and the stairs leading to the second floor are quite steep.

This was our second year to stay at this great location in Emerald Isle. We had a great stay last year and this year was just as comfortable as we expected. We love the neighborhood location and short walk to the beach. Our three generation family felt at home and look forward to staying here again next year!

As a group of friends, this house fit our needs pretty well. It provided enough space to have privacy when wanted and the cozy communal areas when gathered together. Our favorite spot was the screened in deck area where we enjoyed our morning coffee or gathered in the evening to enjoy each other’s company! The outdoor shower was also a great addition so we could wash off all that sand from the beach! Also, the large dining table was great for when we enjoyed meals together and played games.
To be honest, we thought it was sort of odd having Kelley on property, but he came to the rescue when the outdoor grill wasn’t working. He was persistent to get it up and running for us even after we told him it was ok, we would use the oven. He continued on and resolved the issue for us!
Our only complaints were that the door knob/lock at the main door stuck and was hard to get locked/unlocked and the property could use a little bit of a deep cleaning.

Perfect location just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything inside is clean and beautifully decorated. The large outdoor shower and onsite laundry are such added bonuses! We enjoyed listening to the waves, birds, and katydids on the screened in porch in the evenings. Large sand width on the beach and no public access - lots of room for families to spread out and enjoy the water and sand sports! Can't wait until our next visit!

The location was perfect…short walk to quiet beach, easy bike ride to coffee, restaurants, grocery store. The screened porch was peaceful and shaded. Ample space inside to spread out. Grill and outdoor shower completed the package. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion
The house was comfortable, clean and welcoming! We had a family reunion with three other houses and all agreed...our house was best! Well equipped, great outdoor shower, nice open living room, great grill...a winner! We would highly recommend it!

A nice clean property, both inside and out. Quiet and shaded lot. Great neighborhood. All necessary amenities provided. Nice to have property owner on premises for any questions.

Shady and Breezy
This house was located in a grove of Live Oaks so the screened porch was a shady and breezy place to gather. All the beds were very comfortable and there was air conditioning in every room. The fridge had a very efficient ice maker. The outdoor shower which we used instead of the bathroom showers was roomy, no spiders (!) and plenty of hot water. The propane grill was almost luxurious.
A plus, the owner was on the property for our week's stay so he was available to answer our questions.

This was oie third time in this house for a family beach reunion. The house worked well for our group again. Kelley lives on-site (in a totally separate apt downstairs) and is always accessible and friendly for any little issues that come up, not that we had any.

Comfortable lounging area for watching TV at night. The AC worked well in the house. It was very clean when we arrived and the neighborhood is very nice and family friendly. There is a palmetto bug issue with this property that should be addressed as we saw them daily.

Had a great time !
This was our first visit to Emerald Isle , the house was great ! A close two minute walk to the beach. The house was accommodating we brought plenty of our own food and cooked just about everyday kitchen was clean and had everything we needed ! We enjoyed sitting on the screened in patio at night and listened to the waves crash. We used the bikes provided and went for several rides ! Also great that there is a washer and dryer on property!! We would absolutely come back ! Thanks again !
