This is the first time I used Vrbo, I was nervous and had no idea what to expect. Cleanliness, communication, easy of access all played over and over in my head. All that disappeared the minute I met Cindy and Hamid, they were graceful hosts, kind, eager to offer their help and advice. Cindy is an immaculate house keeper, she invited us into her home, offered us food and drinks. Jamie treated us like family. I will certainly be back. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts.

The host responded immediately to any inquiry that we had. Was very hospitable and accommodating to our groups needs. We stayed with 5 people and it was the perfect set up. The garage conversion to bedroom and bathroom (with laundry) was perfect for me and my spouse as the rest of the group were single people it gave us a nice space away from the group when needed. 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub inside the home. We really enjoyed that the parking was included (in the drive way) and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard area plenty of chairs and enjoyed being able to smoke in this area as well! All 5 of us enjoyed our beds respectively. One review said they were bad so we did have a tiny concern when booked, but the beds were more than fine by all 5 of us (and I am picky so for me to be pleased was awesome) Location was awesome too! It’s so close to the marina where we rented a boat (4min drive) and not too far of a walk to Venice even though we did have a car. It’s nice if you don’t want to worry about parking or if you want to have some drinks and be safe! Plenty of local places to eat and a few bars nearby as well. Gas station and liquor store across the street! We will be staying here again when we come back to cali. Which is often as we have family here. Has they recommend this stay.

The house has good location and lots of space.

The stay was lovely! It was an easy walk to the beach and easily accessible to the freeways. Hamid was also a very gracious host.

Stayed at the house for our daughters graduation from USC. About 30 mins from the school and lots of space. We walked to get coffee and dinner and walk on the beach. Nice patio to sit outside for breakfast, but the dry cleaner is a little loud. Hamid and his wife were very friendly and live just next door. They even told us we could help ourselves to the fruit from the lemon and grapefruit tree.

Overall experience was good loved all the rooms and communication was great ( very friendly)

I booked this for a family trip to LA largely because of the 4.5 star rating. Beware - this is NOT a 4..5 star property. I can best describe it as a tired home with tired furniture - what you would expect a college kid to live in with a group of friends. The bathrooms were terrible - in the main house the shower head leaked so badly that there was virtually no water pressure. In the garage conversion, the shower door leaked water onto the floor. The light fixture above the mirror was missing and wires stuck out of the wall. Many light bulbs needed replaced. The heating system is ancient and there are two wall heaters for the house- a problem when bedroom doors were closed at night because the rooms got no heat and were really cold. The house needs a full update - the kitchen was not functional in any real sense (it and the bathrooms are at least 50 years old). The only pro was a good location. I would not recommend.

Everything was perfect ! We are planning another stay in the spring.
