The apartment is clean and comfortable. We didn't do any cooking while we were there but the coffee machine was a very good way to start the day. Gelu was always very responsive to any questions and was able to provide a travel cot for our toddler to sleep in

Nothing really except it is an apartment building so you are able to hear noises from surrounding apartments but that's pretty normal

Lovely secure apartment in a great location. Had everything one would need for a short or long term stay. Within walking distance to train station and Southampton shopping area.

the hot water didn’t work well for us. we ran out after one shower and couldn’t even fill a bath. obviously a problem with it.

Flat was lovely. Very well appointed, everything you need for short or long term stay. Located within walking distance of most facilities. Close to cruise terminals (which is what brought us to the area).

Cannot think of a thing!

On arrival the host had lit a little Christmas tree and Christmas lights on the ceiling in the lounge which was instantly cosy and welcoming. It was exceptionally clean and the rooms were all lovely. The little touches like the coffee pods, the mini chocolates and coffee biscuits, the toilet seals to say they'd been cleaned even, all add to what a wonderful host Gelu is. Whilst burning some bacon (not being used to electric cookers), I set off the smoke alarm and because I didn't hear the phone ringing or the texts from the host to check all was ok, he even came out to check all was ok. Very embarrassing on our part, but he couldn't have been nicer about it. We will definitely be booking again. We'd like to return in warmer weather too, so we can sit out on the balcony and chill. Thank you Gelu. It's 10/10 from me.
