After sleeping in a lot of hotels in costa rica this place was a really good change. Rosa is super helpful and making sure your comfortable and have all you need. Feels like your visiting a cousin or a close friend.

Really super nice and kind owner, clean, great shower, good location, comfy matrasses. Two waters and two beer in the fridge for free.

We missed some basic stuff for the price: a kettle, soap in the shower, a table on the terrace. Towels were new but probably not washed - was really fuzzy. They were also not changed, eventhough we asked for it the first day. Laundry service took partly more than 24 hours (no dryer machine and it was raining, some of the shirts smelled like fire because there was a BBQ probably next to it drying). It's very open - one can see the bed etc. when going to the pool etc. More or less always had to close the curtains and switch the light on.

Great spot to stay: comfortable, clean, and welcoming! Our hosts were fantastic, had good advice about places to eat and interesting spots nearby, and were friendly. They made us feel right at home!

Everything about the property could not be more immaculate. Christians Italian background combined with the Pura Vida style could not have been better. He created a little piece of paradise in the middle of Uvita! So glad we found it.

On a scale from 1 to 10, Cristian as a host is easily an 11. His dedication and the attention to detail excell all our previous experiences in Costa Rica. Highly recommendable!

A super cozy place with pool. The apartment is new and super clean and had a fresh scent. I loved the hammock in front of my apartment, just chilling. It's quiet but close to restaurants and supermarket. And Cristian the owner is a wonderful nice and helpful person who takes very much care of all the details. Thanks for everything!

It was incredibly pleasant stay! The host makes sure that you've got everything you need, he's very attentive and helpful, will surprise you with cold ice tea while you're chilling by the pool and give you very good tips about the area :) I was solo backpacking and this was a perfect spot to get a bit of privacy and tranquility during my travels. The studio apartment I was at has got everything you need! Very clean and neat modern interiors, I'd say with a bit of the European touch :) And the coffee machine serving Britt coffee is just a cherry on the top! The only 'downside' might be a location (a bit far from the beach) but you can easily take a taxi to move around. Otherwise, the pool is always a great solution if you don't feel like going out! To summarize - I can highly recommend!

Great welcome and comms from Christian the owner, he couldn't do more to make you feel at home. Very clean and modern. The room was maybe a little smaller than we thought it would be, but fine for a few nights. Location is good, close to shops, restaurants and a great waterfall fifteen minute walk away. Very nice place for a visit to Uvita

All good, no complaints at all

The room was quiet, and well equipped. We liked the pool too. The bed was comfortable, and the owner was very helpful. He gave us several useful tips. We had several previous accommodations around in CR, but most of them was noisy, because of the big track on the highway, or the people on the streets. This place is in a small street, even close to the center, bat enough far from the noisy highway and the 'busy' streets. We arrived very early, and the room was ready and clean. We liked to be there.

The host, Cristian is amazing, such a nice guy, always looking to help. The rooms are cute, clean, comfortable, there is a small fridge, table, and tools to enjoy your meals. Very nice swimming pool, internet, TV, AC. What else can you ask for? Supermarker and restaurants at walking distance. I'll come back for sure.

This small hotel was beautiful, new and extremely clean. Christian was very cheerful and attentive. The price was fair. The location is walking distance from several great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Christian.

Cristian, the Italian owner, is the loveliest person. He gave us such a warm welcome and showed us around our room and facilities. Small pool area with sunbeds was a treat. The room was spotless and well equipped with fridge, coffee maker, coffee and tea, and a sink. There are only 3 rooms so it's quiet and each has its own parking space. Ideal location, a few mins walk from the centre of Uvita. A real bonus is the self-service laundry facility - a washing machine, big sink for hand washing and each room has an airer. Much appreciated after all our travelling.

There were no toiletries. Some shower gel would be nice.

Very cute property. the apartment was very cute and Stylish. had coffee and espresso. sink. refrigerator. hammock. the bed was very comfortable and the rain shower was amazing. wifi worked great. a cute little pool to relax and chill at. Cristian was very nice and communicated before and during our stay. supper nice guy and he will take care of ya. secure gate and parking.

the apartment had a tv, but it was placed on the wall above the table and no where could you sit to watch it and you could not see it from the bed. it is the only wall it could go on, my suggestion would be upgrading to a wall mount that swings out so guest can swing it from the wall and face the bed so they can watch a movie. the road to the apartment is bumpy but this is all side roads in uvita so it’s normal, just drive slow

Cristian was super nice and supportive. This was probably the cleanest accommodation I had in whole Costa Rica and it’s quite close to the waterfalls and the natural swimming pool.

The facility is very new so everything works. There are only a few units so the pressures on the pool and environment are minimal. The landscaping and interior appointments are lovely. Cleaning and linen changing every three days means everything is fresh and tidy. Easy walk to the lovely sushi restaurant, Mosaic. Christian the owner is gracious but he is planning on selling, so book soon!

The road to the guesthouse is unpaved and when it rains, it is muddy and uneven. The niche where the bed is small and tricky to get in and out of. We were there for two weeks and the not-automatic washing machine takes time, although it works and is free.

This was one of the cleanest places if ever stayed. Cristian is the definition of super host. Easy walk to town. Beautiful pool and facility.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely place. „Il sogno“ means the dream and it is really like that. Buildings and area are brand new, modern and designed with a really good taste. Cristian is the perfect host and is highly attentive. Pool area is very romantic :). There is even a laundry service (at costs). Parking is inside. This place is one of the best of our entire 3 weeks roundtrip through Costa Rica. You can see that Cristian is running his „dream house“ with lots of Italian energy and passion. Thanks for everything (also for the ice cream :))
