My breakfast was included. 3 times the receptionist rejected to confirm the breakfast even this option had been included and paid. No attention to the booking confirmation details. No answer to my written application. Finally there were no apologies, even more stress and toxic behavior from this receptionist. Every morning he was creating a hostile atmosphere. No desire to return to this hotel!

The room was clean and big

I was originally assigned to a room whose air conditioning didn't work. I got in late and found this out and had to move 6 rooms down be cause staff didn't communicate. Not ok.

We liked the location. It is close to many really god restaurants.

+Reception was very nice. Recommended some good food in the area, and was very patient with some complications during check-in. +Fancy rooms with a very nice (if simple) decor. Gave us some ideas for construction on our bathroom. +Didn't get a chance to use it, but the fitness center LOOKED like a good place to wake up and burn calories. +Wifi was problem-free and the parking was pretty safe for the inner-city location. +Good location to crash after a late concert at Marymoor!

-Restaurant was weirdly aggressive? In the evening, you had to hunt down a server, and in the morning the server was offended when we asked for a physical menu instead of scanning a barcode on the table. They don't seem to want the business and I was happy to oblige. Left both times before ordering. Go to the Farine Bakery a block away. -Room WALLS were soundproofed as heck, but the doors were weirdly not. I didn't know we had neighbors until they left, at which point I could hear the sound of their luggage rolling on the carpet. Strange but not a big negative. -Beds were hard. -The tapwater in the area tastes borderline toxic. Like I feel if I drank enough I'd get superpowers or go blind or both. Showers were weirdly fine though. -Good price for the area, bad price for Seattle as a whole. Renton is an expensive neighborhood.
