The location was good and there was a kitchenette
People next door were screaming and kids banging on the wall. I asked to be moved but was told they were fully booked. This was not true. I walked past several rooms that were vacant all day/ night. Bathroom had hair in soap dish. Bathtub drain was faulty. Spent $200 for this experience.

Not clean! The floors were dirty and there was lint on the towels. Expensive for what it I got.

Service sucked waited at the front desk for over twenty minutes before someone showed up than when she did she was rude , got to our room the lock didn’t work we went back to reception waited another 15 minutes before we had to call to get someone to the front desk , than asked for a new room and were told no it was sold out and we’re not offered any remedy or solution to the door . On top of that we seen the receptionist go out to her car multiple times she seemed like she was tweaking on drugs which probably explains why no one was at the front desk ever.

the soap bar in the shower - dont' like it. after using it, my body is so dry. and there's no lotion

The breakfast is only coffee, granola bars, and chocolate o tea. The staff are very friendly but they take a long time to check in because there is no one at the counter.

i don't understand why the hotel as a bad reviews ? people pay cheap for the room and think it's bad not having breakfast?
if you're starving don't come to a hotel, go to a market and stop giving bad reviews on top of that.

Simple, clean, accomodations. Heater and ac worked well. Has a kitchen with burners which is unique for a small room.
Coffee and granola bars are NOT "breakfast included".

For an “extended stay hotel” there weren’t any plates, glasses, or utensils were used in the kitchen. The entire time I was there I never saw anyone cleaning the rooms or picking up trash.

Very Clean room
At 8 PM waited almost 1/2 hour for anyone to show up at the desk for check in. Calling the hotel number just continued to ring. Couldn't find any Ice. No coffee in room. Breakfast was instant oatmeal only

Room was not ready. we had to leave and give them a couple hours despite it being 4:30 PM.
then when we came back it was still unacceptable, dirty, mold on shower curtain, mold on bathroom tile, mold under rim of bathroom sink. Mold at corner of bathroom floor. no smoke detector. Very poor clean. Room smelled of smoke and burnt plastic. Loud electrical device outside our room came on every couple of hours throughout the night and literally caused entire wall to shake and vibrate for 15-30 minutes each time.
