The location was very good, perfect for what we wanted. The host was friendly and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was bigger than we thought and nice and warm.

We loved our time at Snaffles and were very sad to leave. A lovely, warm cottage with stunning views across the fields where we enjoyed watching the local deer flit about. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything for a self catering holiday. The bed was cosy and warm. The location is brilliant for touring the stunning countryside. And a special thanks to Mops for taking such great care of us when we needed some help with some work issues from home. You’re a gem! And we absolutely loved the delicious cake baked and waiting just for us to enjoy with a cup of tea. We highly recommend Snaffles and would stay here again and again.

Very well equipped, clean and comfortable house. The house is perfect for a long stay. The host was very kind to us. We were warmly welcomed by Bruno (owner's cat). We had a great stay and a beautiful view of the horses and deers every morning.

This is a self catering property and the location is great on a farm in the countryside .Waking up to a view of the deer roaming in the field was lovely

Beautiful location, a warm welcome and excellent facilities. The very friendly cat which came to visit was a bonus!

Peaceful location. Large well equipped kitchen and lovely bright, comfortable sitting room. Beds were very comfortable and the whole cottage was spotless. Also met the owners, who were friendly as wa their lovely dog Plum.

Self catering accommodation in a very quiet location, very comfortable surrounded by fields with horses, sheep and deer. Appreciated the delicious cake in property on arrival and host very helpful.

The location was lovely and the hosts too! A homemade sponge, eggs from their own hens and milk welcomed us in the very spacious kitchen. Very comfortable beds with quality bed linen enabled us all to have a restful stay. Seeing wild deer so very close, together with horses also on their holidays added to our enjoyment.

Unfortunately it would appear the filter I used for a property to be on one level didn’t register as we were not expecting stairs for my 91 year old mother!

Cottage was bright and spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very well equipped and even a lovely home made cake to welcome use. Ladies were very friendly and welcoming.

The cottage was perfectly located, clean and welcoming with superb facilities. Little extras were included which made a big difference, for example, tea and fresh, ground coffee, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. The bathroom towels were soft and fluffy and smelt divine! The cottage has its own, private garden with an outdoor table and chairs. Deer frequent the field beyond.

The double bed felt quite small but luckily I had it all to myself!

Beautiful quiet scenery, very spacious and a wonderful log burner. Delicious home made cake and a few essentials ready for us. Private parking right by the cottage. Great for visiting Tunbridge Wells

Nothing to dislike, it was fabulous!. Beautiful surroundings and a peaceful location for walking. All the facilities and utensils you require for cooking and washing/ drying clothes. The host was very friendly and helpful. The property is warm, dry and cosy. The bed linen is high quality. Both a unique and practical property.

We liked everything. Location was amazing and it was so lovely to see the deer so close. Host was super and treated us to scones and jam on arrival, plus milk in the fridge. Would definately visit again.
