Peaceful and clean. Very spacious. Awesome, cold AC.

Slow internet. TV not working. Lots of ants outside. Mom tripped and fell outside in the backyard because of uneven bricks.

No breakfast. The location was very good. Easy to get to our destination and very quiet street as we had several kids running around. Clean and well stocked kitchen supplies. Lots of room.

The yard was in disarray. Lawns not mowed. The back patio was a trip hazard and very uneven. We tripped on the stones that were placed and not secured on the concrete base that they tried to cover. The cushions on the metal chairs were to small and uncomfortable. The back yard needed cleaning as limbs and cut tree trucks were left and stacked for removal. The property could be a gorgeous getaway if it was manicured properly, Trees and shrubs need trimming and the front yard could be opened and aired as an attraction and accessible. I would this property if the owners would like to get an offer and what they would want for it.

Everything

The patio furniture was very uncomfortable. We spent most of our time outside with the fire pit and hot tub. The grass could of been mowed it was a foot tall. These were not deal breakers for us because everything else was awesome. We will rent here again

The location was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house itself was beautiful, roomy, and comfortable. The privacy was great. The hot tub was such a great addition. We really enjoyed this house and would love to use it in the future. The key code pad was easy to use and nice instead of having to worry about keys.

Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The only complaints we had were: 1, it would be nice if it had WiFi, though we did see they are working on that. 2. The guest bedroom downstairs needs a better bed. It was uncomfortable and quite small. Not sufficient for an adult. All the other beds were comfortable.
