Staff is very friendly! Our room was nice and clean and roomy! Bathrooms are really nice at the resort–large, modern, clean, and comfortable. It's practically a big oe-bedroom apartment! During our stay in December, it was nice and quiet. We really loved it!

It's close to Sedona and Jerome but getting to either Prescott, Flagstaff, or the Grand Canyon can be a bit of a drive. But, I doubt there are nicer rooms to stay closer to those places.

Nice and convenient location to old town Cottonwood, Sedona and vineyards in Cornville.

This last apartment was way too close to heavy roadside traffic on Cornville highway.

Good location between Sedona and Cottonwood/Jerome so we could explore all the awesome national parks and historic towns over a few days. Great little kitchenette for making meals, and several bbqs to grill on. It was also really nice to have a swim in the pool on a hot day.

This is the second time I stay at the Highlands Resort and I love the rooms, the amenities and the staff are always beyond helpful. The place is very clean and has a great vibe. Will be back on my next trip to AZ!

It’s pretty centrally located in the Verde Valley between Sedona and Jerome. I appreciate that the rooms are suites with kitchenettes.

Laundry on site, free washer & dryer use.Has a seperated adult hot tub that stays open until 12. Nice private balcony with table.

A little out of the way of you're just driving on I-17 but well worth the side trip to Cottonwood.

We absolutely love the location because it's Central to all the sightseeing Within a 30 minute radius. The rooms are honestly the cleanest in the area. I'm a germaphobe and I like to sanitize everything in my room and then wipe it down and there was not a speck of dirt when I wiped it down. I was impressed. We stayed here in 2019 and really enjoyed it and decided to come back and we're glad we did. The bathrooms are beautiful and the Jet tub is great. The shower is big. The bedrooms are secluded with their own door which is nice and the bed was super comfortable. Even the pull out bed was really comfortable for the kids. I love that they provide a kitchen full of utensils to use to cook your own food. Because we get tired of eating out on vacation. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub and a workout room which is great. You can buy snacks up at the office and drinks if you don't want to run up to the store. The staff is really friendly and very informative about sightseeing in the area. Overall, we've stayed at a lot of places and this is probably the best one we've stayed at in arizona. Highly recommend this for a place to stay near Sedona, Jerome or Cottonwood. So much to do nearby and it's nice to come back after a long day to a giant bathtub and a beautiful room.

The room had a kitchenette donut had a one bedroom apt feel. It was easy to get around the between Cottonwood and Sedona from here.

This property is in a great location, and has a lot to offer, great spacious rooms with a fully stocked kitchen! They have a pool and spa area that stays open until 10 pm, and an Adult only spa within a different location of the property that stays open until 12 Midnight.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed in our unit. It was very quiet and peaceful, and a great location for hikes in south Sedona. The staff were helpful and friendly. I cannot fault anything about this place, and the prices were very reasonable too. We'll definitely stay here again!
