Great location, had everything we needed

Very minor issues: dining room light did not work. Loose toilet seat in main bathroom.

Comfortable for family of 4. Location was close to anything you would need, restaurants, stores? etc

Near the places to go convenient very nice place to stay

Was not to clean some of the frying pans was dirty and dishes also floors were sticky bathroom little diry was upset we payed a 180.00 for them to clean it After we leave wondering if it well b e cleaned for the next guest

The king bed was hard for seniors to get in

The property was great. Great location, friendly tenants. Washer and dryer in apartment was a big plus.

My complaints would not be for the apartment but booking through Evolve & booking. I did not receive my confirmation email on time with correct information. Drove 3 hrs to location to find out I had wrong address provided. Could not get in touch with a representative with evolve. Waited on hold for well over an hour, talking to someone with booking they had the same address that was incorrect. finally they received the right address, which was luckily 5 mins down the road. Asked for all info be emailed. They said someone would be there to help get into apartment which was incorrect. We needed a passcode which was not in the email. Waited an additional 45 mins on hold AGAIN, this time being able to talk to someone through evolve. Finally we had all the information. it took an additional 2 hr 30 mins to get into apartment after driving 3 hrs with toddlers. That was not a fun experience. We received the correct confrontation email two days later....

The drive to Franconia Notch State Park and Loon Mountain were easy and fast! The size for 2 adults and 3 children, ages 7 and 5 year old twins was perfect. Two full bathrooms was a plus! Beautiful scenery, quiet neighbors!

The only issues we had were neighbors smoking at the pool so we couldn’t take the kids out. We ran out of hot water a few times, as well.
