It felt like home!

We were not able to use the indoor pool and hot tub.

The bathroom tub didn't drain the water in a timely manne rthat matter should be looked into! I had to sink bathe....because after my son bath the water took almost 30 minutes to drain out...🙃

We liked everything about the condo. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to an unspoiled beach. Very relaxing place to stay.

it’s not on the beach it does have beach access but it is a five minute walk

Having to pay 20 for parking and the people that were above us were so noisy we barely slept because it seemed like they didn't start moving around till 12 and the noise would go on till 5 in the morning

Very nice apartment, very good location. I would recommend it and Hilton Head was beautiful. Great vacation.

Nothing wrong. The apartment is sea shore decorated and has a good feel to it. citizens. The apartment was on the ground floor, so you could hear someone walking above you. Didn't bother me.

The $20 to pay for parking

some appliances (freezer and washer) were not usable, bathrooms were not clean enough, roaches in the kitchen, beach not a good usable/walkable beach, no ocean view from unit, beds were old and well worn as was most of the furniture in the unit.

The facilities were exceptionally clean! The security promptly handled the noisy neighbors (young adults). The facility had several accommodations such as a coffee pot, extra beach towels, pool necessities, dishes, a washer and dryer, even stocked on ice for our drinks. It was a wonderful vacation knowing I could relax and not worry about anything. We look forward to booking here again soon!

It was clean and had a pool.

The ac wasn't working and there was water on the floor.

I liked the overall feel of the apartment, and it matched the photos. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners provided us with everything we needed. The only thing missing was the parking pass, which was $20.00. to pay. Otherwise, it was great. Bonus that the beach nearby was beautiful, private, and clean!

Nothing really. It met our expectations and fulfilled what we needed.

Roomy, quiet, easy beach access and lot's of cats on the property.

It was a little dark. Needed more or brighter lights. Beds were ok but not very comfortable.

cute comfy condo , the neighbors and staff were very friendly

there are a lot of stray cats on the property and surrounding areas. they mostly stay to themselves. condo lacks natural lighting, so it can get a little dark during the day. remote in the den didn’t seem to work. mildewed shower curtain needs to be replaced. all minor inconveniences.

The location wasn’t on the beach it was really part of the sound we couldn’t make it to the beach because you would sink in the marsh:/ kinda disappointing:(

We had an amazing time staying here for our son's Marine Graduation. The pool and hot tub were amazing. And the owner sent us some items left behind. We will be back.

The location of the property was beautiful on the port royal sound. The condo was very very clean and fully stocked with everything we could ever need for beach and while staying in the condo! The beach was just a two minute walk down the road, the parking was close to the room, the beds were very comfortable and I could go on and on! The best part was the owner. She was helpful in every way and she made sure that we would be happy upon arrival and when time to leave. I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here with my family and hope I have the chance to again!

The location in relation to the beach was excellent! We loved being able to walk out the door and down the parking lot to the beach! And the trees were amazing and beautiful!! As an added bonus, the condo was supplied with an inner tube for fun in the water, pool noodles, etc... The condo, being a 2 bedroom 2 bath with living room and kitchen, made our stay comfortable and home-like as opposed to a hotel, where it's hard to just be a family together. We loved the option to prepare our own meals in the fully furnished kitchen, well stocked with needed equipment. We also utilized door dash and Pizza Delivery. The bedrooms were clean and and comfy as well as the bathrooms.

The location, while great by itself, was not what I had done a search for, and thought I was getting. My original search was for hotels and condos in or near the Beaufort area. When I made this reservation, I was under the impression that it was less than 30 mins from MCAS in Beaufort, SC. When we arrived however, it was soon discovered that we were still an hour drive away from MCAS, so that was a disappointment, as our purpose there was to drop off our son to his new station. However, it all worked out when his Sgt told him to take the weekend off and spend it with his family!! So that drive suddenly became a non-issue. 😊 I wish I had known it would be such a drive to our sons base. Another thing we discovered upon arrival, was that while the ad had said you could park 2 cars "in the driveway", the property has a parking lot, and the first car is $20.00 and the second car is $5, and they needed cash which we hadn't prepared for. I wish the ad had mentioned the parking fee.
