Location was awsome. Clean .plenty of room

The master bedroom bed was awful. The Mattress must be very old. Springs were protruding from the sides. The toilet in the downstairs powder room was loose, so when you sit it leans foward, scary.

Nice quiet location. Private and allowed pets. Loved having the washing machine and dryer! Good supply of dishes, games, books, cleaning supplies, etc

I thought "a mile to the beach" meant we could walk a mile to the beach. Due to the traffic and congestion that was not easily done.

bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper. Had to search for that. There was no pool pass left as promised. I emailed the owner asking about beach chairs and got no response after two emails. Pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty.

The location was close to boardwalk, beach and outlets (1-3 miles) Mostly highway so you really could not walk to any of it. Pool was nice and located right behind the unit. The house has good space for large groups, with just about most things you would need.

The beds were uncomfortable. I bought a mattress topper for king room second day which helped a little. Very limited “beach gear” 2/3 chairs and umbrella and towels. (Beach and bath). Decor was very busy. Lots of stuff/decor everywhere kind of cluttered things up and definitely not my taste ( that’s just my opinion).

The property was in a wonderful location, spacious and the home like environment.

There were small things like pet hair and walls. The sofa still had pet hair and a lot of crumbs in the corners I had to vacuum up. I had to do a wipe down of walls and railings when first coming in.

Initially we were unable to access the temp control on the ac unit bc it was “locked” accidentally from the previous tenants but Richard was quick to respond and help get things fixed! Big beautiful home plenty of space and close to the beach we had a wonderful time I would definitely stay again!

The facility was perfect for my family and myself. The location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. I loved it❤

No complaints! Except that the pool was closed, because of covid19.
