The studio I stayed at was tastefully decorated, it had all you need, and the bed was comfortable, I slept really well! The host was very welcoming.

Free Parking space available nearby, sometimes a few blocks away but it's there if you look for it. - Calm neighberhood - Nice clean little place with the equipments needed - Very smooth communication, checkin and checkout and for that I thank James! Id recommand this place to anyone going to Tenerife and Id definitely go back if once again in Tenerife!

The flat is located in a nice residential area of San Cristobal de la Laguna. There are many services around the corner and parking can be found realatively easily. The flat is equipped with kitchen utensils and even a washing machine. The staff was very thorough and willing to make sure that the stay ran smoothly.

The flat is tiny which is fine for short stays. We were at the ground floor which meant that the window was at the same level of the street with people walking by it. The bathroom was very small but most importantly it remained very humid after taking a shower, even though we opened the window to let the steam out. Overall, humidity seems to be a problem of the flat since there were mould stains on walls.

Great apartment between the two cities of Tenerife. Great location with all the services you will need around it. Good free parking in the vicinity. Well equipped and very comfortable. A very nice landlord and easy check in. You will be pleased with this election for a stay in Tenerife. Ten minutes to reach each city on the east of the island and well placed to reach the highway. 15 min to north airport and 45 min to the south airport

The coffee maker is tricky to put onto the fire.

close to La laguna, not difficult to park in the surrounding, easy check in, clean place

i was on the ground floor and the flat was very dark without any air. you cant really open the window as poeole are constantly passing right by your window (and the window has a straight view to the shower!). im glad i stayed only 2 nights because even just for sleeping, i couldnt handle to feel stuck there. also i picked this room for the washing machine as i needed to wash my clothes but flat is tiny and there is nothing to hang your clothes so that was useless. a little light in the bedroom would be mich appreciated, it s not cosy to use the big light whenever it s needed during the evening or night.

The apartment is in one street from the main road which makes it well accessible yet relatively quiet. Very good location if you're comfortable using the bus/tram system. Plenty restaurants and shops around, too. Having had trouble with WiFi at first, the host got some staff to fix it within a workday or two, that was much appreciated!

During my stay someone's dog was barking all the time. Hardly the host's fault, but annoying nonetheless.

Well equipped, spacious, comfy. Had all we needed. We were lucky and parked at front of the apartment. Welcome wine was a nice addition. Good communication with Host.

There were some food and drinks left in the fridge. The view is not one of the best you can have. Could be a little bit cleaner.

The flat is very nicely designed and comfortable. Well equipped (a washing machine, an iron). We also got a welcome wine and water, a very nice touch.

The contact person speaks only Spanish. The location is not in La Laguna (20 minutes by bus). I would welcome also a hairdryer. There was a noise from the cars on the street.

The apartment is perfect for a couple, it is really cozy and charming. It is located in La Cuesta, 10 minutes by car from Santa Cruz, and it is just a few steps far from the bus stop (the buses pass by very often and the service is very good) and the taxi station. The owner of the apartment, James, is a very nice person. He’s always available and will do everything to arrange your requests.

Very friendly host, super clean and beautiful apartment. Would love to go back.
