A bit far from my workplace

There was nothing I liked about the property. Arrived at 15:00 and left at 17:15 due to the poor quality.

The property looked bigger in the photos. These photos need updating! The shower glogs and doesn’t drain (mop and bucket left in the bathroom to clean it up). Very unclean. Tv available, no tv channels as no Ariel and when you use the Netflix provide all accounts in use elsewhere. Bedding looked unclean and pillows stained. The work in the property was not completed. The floor was not put together properly. Nothing like the photos. False advertising. Took photos and shared with the property. They ignored the communication (although seen on WhatsApp) until checkout time where they then said the property is fine. I will continue to dispute this on booking.com for a refund.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and there's loads of free parking spaces available.

Everything was clean, modern and it’s not like a normal hotel, it has enough tea for 5 guest… you’d never run out of anything you need for a amazing night stay

More milk haha and maybe a later check out time 10am is too early :( maybe make it 12pm

Good value for money,decent size room and bathroom,very clean.Quiet area.

The room is cosy with a spacious shower. The location is also good.

TV was good came with a playstation and games if your into that. area was nice, nice size and clean

The bed is far to low, I have a bad knee and struggled so much to get off the bed. I dreded going to bed for the two nights I stayed. There is a few unfinished fittings where sealed not finished or taps wobble floor boards not layed together. Parking was difficult so many cars

the bed had actual blood stains on the mattress and a patch of the mattress were wet with god knows what. the sheets had hair and white marks on there too. The bed obviously hadn’t have got changed for a very very long time it was absolutely disgusting and inhumane that we actually left the place completely. When we phoned the owners they were not helpful at all we asked for a refund as the place was very dirty and not safe to sleep in they denied giving us a refund and instead just said put it in writing and claimed I were making an “allegation” and it wasn’t true which means they must be blind as the place was absolutely filthy hairs blood marks white marks dirt around the edges of the bed you name it the bed was as dirty as it could’ve been. Luckily we spotted all this before we got into bed.

The property had good parts such as the smart TV and the PlayStation? Would also be decent for longer stays with the oven etc

We arrived at 3:15 (15mins after the check in time) after I messaged the property telling them we may arrive at 2:30 instead and would that be okay, I was told that as it is self check in that’s absolutely fine. when we arrived the owner was currently in the room cleaning it (although did not do a very good job) in her dressing gown and asked us to wait 15mins outside in the cold and rain. we would have waited in the car if it wasn’t a 5minute walk to and from the available parking. when we eventually entered the property the floor was filthy with dirt across almost the whole thing and the floor boards were broken. looking around the property the sealant was broken on the shower, the plugs in the walls were terribly put in and it just wasn’t done very well or looked particularly nice. on top of all this you can hear everything going on in the connected house and the occupants of the house are fairly loud early in the morning going through the garden. I can’t say much good about this property. it’s not the same property as shown on the photos which was also disappointing. the owner was rude and rushed and was just a pretty bad experience
