Située sur une position dominante, entre Cannes et Grasse, proche des villages prestigieux de Mougins, Valbonne, Mouans-Sartoux ... et de leurs commerces, cette grande propriété familiale lumineuse et sécurisée offre une vue exceptionnelle.
La villa comprend une grande entrée circulaire dans la tour principale, une cuisine équipée, une buanderie équipée, une salle à manger (intérieure et extérieure), un grand salon (intérieur et extérieur) avec feu ouvert. Le rez-de-chaussée dispose également de deux suites parentales avec lit double, dressing et salle de bain.
Tous les espaces de vie communs ont accès aux terrasses par de grandes baies vitrées coulissantes.
Un patio central ouvert, orné de palmiers et d'une fontaine, laisse pénétrer la lumière dans toute la villa.
Le 1er étage offre 3 suites parentales avec lits doubles, dressing ,salle de bain, et un dortoir (8 lits simples) Deux chambres disposent de balcons bénéficiant d'une vue à couper le souffle.
Cette villa climatisée et sécurisée dispose en outre d'un vaste jardin privé et arboré, d'une grande piscine centrale sécurisée de 10m sur 5m entourée de terrasses, terrain de pétanque, ping-pong

Great large property, perfect for a family gathering
A great large house perfect for a family gathering covering all age ranges. Enough room for everyone to have their own space but also great communal areas and a lovely large garden for the young ones to run around and play in.
The pool is a great size and of course a great focal point
The local team sorting out check in etc were very pleasant and helpful

Charming house, good location and amazing view
We had a great stay; four families (8 adults and 4 children) and didn’t feel we were lacking anything to make our visit comfortable. The pool and garden area is just beautiful with really nice views of the mountains and surrounding villages. We originally wanted to rent something closer to the sea but in hindsight this was perfect for us - so many nice places to visit near-by and even if the road is close to the house, we were not disturbed - it’s just a really relaxing place to be.
The house is well equipped and has great common areas for big groups like ours. Jill, Andrew and Emma were quick to respond to any on-site requests (thank you!) and we also had some really good catering (by Isabel and Lori) as recommended by Jill - great, well-prepared, food and service!
If iI were to be a bit picky, there are bits of the house that could use some work, a bit of an update to the bathrooms, for example, but I also found most of it quite charming and adding to character of the house - everything’s functioning well, so it doesn’t take anything away from the comfort.
All-in-all; would go back anytime (as would the rest of the family)!

Our family had a great time during our visit to provence in July.
Overall our family enjoyed our visit. With 8 grandchildren the pool was especially welcome.
Plenty of space for our family of 16 and the outside dinning area was well used..
The suite did not have air conditioning and with the unusually high temperatures this was a downside. Also the turning on the outside lights caused a short circuit that needs to be repaired.
Overall I would recommend the Villa for large families who want a quiet, well located villa for a visit the Nice area.

Beautiful villa
We stayed at the villa with friends and had an amazing time! We found it very spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped, clean and the gardens are beautiful. We loved lounging around the pool and enjoying al fresco dining on the lovely terrace! The local village has all the necessary shops and some very good restaurants. The villa is also very well located for Nice, Cannes and Monaco. I would definitely recommend this for couples and families.

Have to say it was pretty hard to find well priced accommodation for 3 families plus one Grandma in the Grasse Area in June but we hit gold with this gorgeous property. Thoughtful layout meant all families could have their own space with aesthetic, comfortable communal areas on offer too. The magnificent pool was the central hub, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to Grasse and well placed for trips to the Cote d'azur was appealing and Valbonne itself was an unexpected treat. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Villa for Family
We stayed at the Villa in August and had a great time. There is plenty of room for 3 families, we were there with two other couples and 8 kids in total! The pool is lovely, big enough to swim laps and for lots of fun with the kids, and the safety barrier around it gave peace of mind with little ones.
The Villa is about 30 mins from Nice airport and close to Valbonne, Grasse, various beaches and the mountains for something different.
While the villa is just off the road into Mouans-Sartoux, we didn't notice any road noise at all, which was a potential concern.
Kithcen was well equipped with everything we needed to feed and water the hungry hoardes, and we also managed to get some baby sitters and head out for dinner on a couple of evenings to some absolutely fantastic restaurants, one within walking distance.

Beautiful villa in great location
We stayed with friends in this fantastic villa. It is in a great location just outside Mouins-Sartoux with lovely restaurants around and lots to see and do. We spent an evening out in Cannes which is a short easy drive.
The villa is in excellent condition and the owners were very helpful when the dishwasher broke.
