Appartement bien équipé et bien situé, près de la gare. Grande terrasse appréciable quand il fait beau. Les hôtes envoient des informations précises ce qui permet de prendre possession des lieux individuellement, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu'on arrive tard le soir. Merci à Delphine de sa réactivité.

Manque de place de rangement. Mais surtout devoir quitter l'appartement avant 10h du matin, 12h serait beaucoup appréciable.

Very comfortable property only 10 minutes from Arena. Air con a great addition in blistering heat and superb balcony. Property was spotlessly clean.

Server was down; we had no internet connection the whole stay. The terrace door won't lock; so we had anxieties leaving the unit with our stuff inside. The host not responding to our problems; gave us the run-around.

The location of the property is ideal for visiting the beautiful city of Nimes.

Warning this property is not as advertised. be very careful before you book. 1, the host insists that you use a third party to confirm your booking this will add to the price advertised. 2, The apartment was filthy, there was hair all around the apartment (different lengths and colour) so it has not been cleaned properly for a long time 3,When we raised the filthy dirty condition of the apartmant with the host Delphine, complained that it would cost her money to send in a cleaner. 4, There was soiled underwear left in the apartment from the previous occupant. 5, The furniture was broken and in a poor state 6,The ceiling above the bed is coming down and is dangerous. 7, Whenever you contact Delphine to raise any issues,she will try and turn it around and blame you (the guest) 8, It has taken a while for me to be able to write this review because Delphine thought she was being clever as she cancelled the booking as soon as we left,which did not allow me to leave a review,but by working with bookin.com (who have been excellent with this booking not their fault at all) this has now been resolved. 9 When i saw that the host had cancelled my booking and tried to make out that i did not stay I asked for a full refund ( i did not want the money anything i would have got i was going to give to charity) I just did not like the way Delphine was trying to manipulate the system. 10, Delphine did send someone to the apartment but it was not cleaned they just removed the broken furniture and soiled underwear

So comfortable and excellent location!!! we loved having the air conditioning and laundry available.
