Well stocked kitchen equipment. Comfortable beds (but not the sofa bed). Shower was fine (no issues with hot water). AC seemed to work. Good communication from the hosts. The location, even though it may seem slightly off putting, was actual fine. We enjoyed the fact we were not in the craziness of the French Quarter and that we were closer to the Garden District. The street car line runs from just down the street. ~$15 Uber rides to the French Quarter

Sofa bed was filthy, as was the carpet. Property looks clean upon first look but after spending any amount of time there you see a lot of bits that need a deep clean. There are 2 double beds, and that means they are not that large, so be warned if you are not staying as couples as you'll get very friendly with the person you're sharing a bed with. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. Could feel the spring/joint a lot. Hosts didn't provide exra sheets/bedding for the sofa bed so we had to get innovative. The location is an odd one. We were warned by our taxi driver as we arrived that we should be very careful around this area but we didn't feel unsafe at any point of our stay. Probably not a good idea to walk around by yourself at night as the streets are very dark but I wouldn't not stay here due to the location.

I liked the photos was exactly what we found. It was super clean and had everything inside we needed and the beds were awesome. We loved that the drive to all our destinations were close. We also love the quietness.

We were 3 women traveling and was afraid when we pulled up to the neighborhood. Other properties were abandon and a lot of homeless lay on the ground on the corner

Cute little house. Had everything we needed for the week. Good location.

Thin walls between the 2 houses. Was kept awake by snoring in house next door.

The apartment is beautiful

When we got there a rug in one room was wet and it is not walking distance from French quarter we had to take Ubers.

This property is in a great location as far as close to everything. Close to the French Quarter, the stadium, and stores.

The city parking lol.

The BEST location in this city! Close to ALL must-see places. The house was very clean and newly renovated. Nice living room, full kitchen with kitchenware, clean bathroom and bedrooms and beautiful terrace! MUAH! :*
