Die Sauberkeit! Und das Personal war so nett und zuvorkommend :) Wir wurden sogar zu einem Money Exchange Laden begleitet.

The room and location is good.
1 particular staff there in the name of Kandri was very rude and did not talk properly
He asked me to get out. He told me SHUT UP on my face. Being a guest, i was not expecting to be treated like this. He came at me to hit me. Constantly told me to shut up and get out of the property. Would not recommend only because of the staff there.

Clean room overall, good smell, friendly and helpful staff, good location.
- Shower: very little water coming out, plus would get cold after a few minutes.
- Breakfast: Too simple, just coffee, tea and toast with jam available.
- Bedroom: Dark towels/colourful towels, dark bedding, only one pillow for each person in the room.

The rooms were small and dingy, low lighting, AC not working properly, bathroom was just about adequate. The photos do not show a real picture of what the actual property is. However we were staying there only for one night, so didn't really bother much.

The hotel is nicely located near the center of Kuta. They helped us with the transfer from the airport to the hotel and they were really responsive to our messages. There was someone there helping us if we needed anything.
Unfortunately the photos were nothing to do with the actual condition of the hotel and rooms.
There was no breakfast available but we already knew that.
The stuff was not speaking English that well.
The towels were old and smelly.
The bathroom was full of small flies.
the Bed was not comfortable at all and it made noises!
The price was very low of course but we had a different idea how the hotel/room would be.

Lovely comfortable, clean and modern rooms, nice communal pool/seating area. Great, friendly service by the family that own the hotel who were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and Kuta beach. Great value for money. Delicious burgers onsite for cheap prices too.
