The host was really helpful and accommodating. Room was very new and clean, spotless and modern bathroom.

The host was very welcoming and nice. We were arriving much earlier and asked if the check-in hour could be changed. It was done without any problem. The property is about 15-20 minutes walk from the town centre or railway and bus stations. The room was quite specious for a couple, very clean and designed with a taste. There was always a small breakfast ( croassan, toasted bread, jam, nuttela, milk) in the morning on our table. The coffee was available at any time. We could leave our bags at the property after check-out, free of charge. All in all, it is a high value/money ratio, in my opinion.

It can happen sometimes the neighbours to be louder than expected.

This B+B was located within 20 minutes walking to downtown; it was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We were very comfortable with our stay. It was an easy taxi to the train station.

Easy to find apartment building. Ring the door bell for access. Metered parking surrounds the building at 7,50 Euro max per day or a parking garage across the street. The meters wouldn't allow credit card even though it's an option, wouldn't produce a car ticket, had to use Euro change instead. The apartment manager was fantastic, spoke Italian but used a voice translator. He was beyond friendly and helpful. Keys for the apartment building access, "hotel" lobby & room. All very secure. The room was lovely, modern, extremely clean & very comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic! Well thought out details for a stay. A mini bottle of Prosecco & waters are a welcome gift on arrival. Breakfast items are available in the communal room along with an espresso machine. Quiet area just outside the city walls and a 20 minute walk into the city's center.

There are noisy neighbors above the apartment. We stayed on a Thursday, chairs scraped the floor & very loud voices until 1-2 am. Traffic noise is very quiet if any. Besides that, great stay!

The room itself was excellent and ultra clean; breakfast was a little meagre. The 2 chaps who run it were very helpful but didn't have much English. The place itself belied the surrounding area which was really grotty. The price reflected Bologna for that week, the other places were very expensive!

The area but they can't do anything about that. Also you have to phone them if they aren't in the building so make sure they know your ETA!

beautiful property and great facilities with added extras

The place is amazing had all we needed for and even more! There are just a few rooms which it makes it perfect, it never gets busy. We had full access to the kitchen for teas and coffees at all times. Franco (the host) was amazing. I will definitely go back if in Bologna

We absolutely LOVED this property. The owner personally met us and went over everything. They had a cute and efficient kitchen that had breakfast items and coffee. Room was clean and very big.

Nothing, this place is fantastic.

The room was very cute and a really good size. The bathroom was updated and very nice as well. The owner who met us was very friendly and helpful, and he had a translating device that was of great assistance. There is a delicious beer/pizza place right next door.

The owner gave us a lot of informations about the highlights of Bologna and was very kind.

The road which crosses nearby the property is very noisy.

The attention to details at this place is better then some 4-5 star hotels we stayed at. Clean room. Very modern bathroom. Wish I had this shower at home. Huge bed. Very friendly host.

We should have stayed longer but alas we were only passing through Bologna.

It's not a hotel, it's a serviced apartment. The hosts are very nice, however, you don't have a reception and the entrance isn't the most obvious

Very friendly greeting, the room was very clean and comfortable. there was lots of advice about travelling around Bologna. breakfast was included which was very handy.

The room was great, spacious, with new and modern furniture with a private bathroom, which was as great as the room itself! There is a kitchen area that can be used by the guests at any time with coffee and tea! There was welcome drink (Prossecco), which we really enjoyed! Great place to stay and enjoy Bologna! Strongly recommended!

Extremely cozy, clean and well renovated place. Maximum care for the detail and for the guests. Impeccable organization, all sort of equipment and services available (tea, coffee, breakfast area with snacks, milk, etc.). Very close to the center and the train station. Restaurant and facilities at walking distance. Stefano and Franco have been extremely kind and friendly hosts. We had everything we needed and also very useful tips and advice for our tours in the amazing Emilia Romagna.
