Lovely modern townhouse/unit with living space and powder room downstairs, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Nice décor and well-appointed kitchen. Good communication from host and easy entry. Appreciated the garage parking. View of Arthurs Seat from the master bedroom. Location is as described, close to beaches and to Dromana shops. Bedrooms are roomy and bathrooms have overhead heaters which were appreciated on a cold morning! Wifi was reliable. A few additional thoughtful items in the pantry (tea, coffee, olive oil, glad wrap etc). Some lovely local walks along the beach and around the golf course.

Only minor issues really. There is no parking in the unit complex or on the street, so visitors would need to park in a service road on the other side of Nepean Hwy. As with lots of newer unit complexes the units are very close, so most windows of the property are either frosted or look out onto walls, fences or other units, which we found a bit claustrophobic. Master bedroom is quite close to the road (Nepean Hwy) so ear plugs definitely recommended for light sleepers. None of these issues were deal breakers and we would definitely stay again for short stays.

Cost, comfortable and close to the beach

The traffic is extremely noisy from the main bedroom and a bright street light beaming into the bedroom even with the blind shut. The fridge was filthy with hair on the shelves and half opened chocolate milk bottle. Host informed me that there would be a few essentials items however there were no sponges, salt, pepper, garbage bags etc

The noise day and night. Thought it was a house so smaller than we expected.

Location was fantastic House was large enough and comfortable

It wasn’t entirely clean Floors weren’t clean and bed linen was remarkably creased and didn’t look too inviting No toilet paper available in 2 of the 3 toilets Shower head in main bathroom had to be hand held as it couldn’t stay on the holder

Very roomy and modern great double garage.

Close to everything

Late check in (3pm) was a bit of a pain.
