we loved the cosy vintage vibe, staff were friendly and helpful
the pokies gaming rooms are not our jam so we didn’t use them otherwise it was lovely

Uncomfortable bed. Fridge was on top of lamp table and you had to place kettle on floor. Inferior tea bags. Tap in bathroom was leaking. Room was over priced based on room.

noisy roof compressor, dripping taps, dangerous door that nearly crushed my hand without a grip on the inside to control its slamming speed. old smell throughout the building and the unease of finding the check in desk.

Good location. Bonus of having two restaurants in hotel. Both enjoyed our meal there.

It was perfect for my needs. I didn't need to eat, just somewhere to sleep, as I was getting up early for an event. The location was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
I did hear other guests coming in and out, but it wasn't a big issue.

We were upgraded to a very nice room at the front.
we had a room at the back which was very noisy due to some unruly children The staff are fantastic and moved us to much nicer room at the front without charging us any extra.

In need of updating. Too many random rooms all over the place. Given the unpredictability of the weather a central fireplace and focal point with lounges would be an excellent idea.

Good location for what we needed. Room was quiet.
The staff were not terribly friendly but we were just staying for one night, so put up with it.

Room was clean and well maintained. Balcony views were nice.
Felt uncomfortable having to go to the gaming bar to check in. Atmosphere is not family friendly. Facilities locked after hours which meant you had to walk to the back of the pub to exit of an evening.

centrally located. The staff especially Gail who assisted with the check in and assisted us when asked. nothing was a problem. the room was big and the bathroom neat and new.
Needs a little attention but I think it’s the lack of staff available in Ozz that is the problem

The room was great, comfortable and spacious, clean and a lovely view across the bay! Had 'old world charm' and the facilities were fine.
