The owner is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable, there is a small garden where to sit. There is a small kitchen area with microwave/boiler. If you need to go to any UN building, these are close by even walking, if you need to go to the city center then it is a little bit far for walking but there are buses. After 12.00 usually you need to take a car by app or taxi. The airport is very close by, the bus leaves you perfectly.

everything was nice. I would go back. Just the internet connection in the last floor was not very good and need some improvement. There are not many places close by were to eat. Restaurants.

Even if I travelled for work and had very limited time to spend in the guesthouse, I managed to enjoy host's hospitality and great facilities. Everything was perfect, sparkling clean and confortable. I would like to come back for a longer period to be able to fully enjoy the facilities and hostipitality.

The concept of the bathroom in the upper junior suite could have been a bit better.

Very friendly owners, and very good atmosphere. Despite the location a bit outside the city center, the no 5 bus is swift with reasonably frequency and at no cost due to the free tickets from the hotel. Easily recommend this charming place if you prefer to avoid the big hotels.

Would have loved to have coffeemaker at the room, today available in common area.

Brilliant guest house - Marc made us feel as if it was our own home. Breakfasts were good and Marc was very flexible, even offering us to come back and stay when our flight home got cancelled because of a bad storm (we eventually got last flight out of Geneva that evening on standby basis)

It seemed a little expensive, but Switzerland is expensive. We did feel well looked after though and the guest house is a beautifully furnished old villa with charm

Everything was just perfect. The place, the room, the breakfast, the warm welcoming and attitude. Marc was so nice and took care of everything. Even awake at 4 o clock in the morning to be sure that our taxi was in time. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back there for our next stay in Geneva

Everything was just perfect

This is a home for the owner with a handful of rooms upstairs for guests. Marc, the owner, is very friendly, helpful and attentive. And the rooms are spacious and beautiful - clean white walls with exposed wood structural beams; decorated simply but also with a sense of simple style (you feel like your in a more special place). I had skylights in my room and couch. The bedding was comfortable. And in the bathroom, there was just a hint of pine scent. There is a landing upstairs with a coffee maker and a small refrigerator for guests to share; and that works because I think there are only 4-5 guest rooms. Anyway, I was there for work and I could get my work done comfortably in this room and also relax when I was done. To top that off, the hotel was half a kilometer from Palexpo where I was attending a convention, so it was walking distance for me (and actually, I walked another 700m to the airport thereafter -- though I heard no aircraft while staying here).

Well, you have to be looking for a room only -- this is not a hotel, so you don't get hotel facilities. But if a room is enough, then this is a great place to stay. There was no air conditioning, though there was plenty of natural ventilation -- that could be rough on warmer days (or nights). It's too bad there is no bakery nearby, because a warm croissant in the morning before work would have been nice.

Once you know the location between the airport and the Place de Nations it is a perfect location. The bus service to the lake is easy and convenient. Marc was welcoming and the room at the front which I had was magical. The village has all you need once you suss out where things are - walking distance. Uique in such a functional city and with a grace and charm that cannot be bought. I will come back
