Needs better beds, and the rooms to be kept cleaner. Your staff needs to be a bit nicer. We had an incident with the lady on night duty. We went to purchase out of the vending machine and our content didn’t fall so my husband walked over there and asked in a joking manner if we could shake the machine, it was all in just laugh and joke, she got very irate and told us that no you can’t shake the machine I got a key I’ll open it for you and we just kind of giggled and said OK we were just joking and she come back with what you should know I opened it for you last week we were like we weren’t here last week. We’re on vacation. No you were here last week it was you well we hate to tell y’all. It was not us. That was there last week. We were only there for the two day span. We are not a crackhead that she made us feel like from off the street that just comes and stays there when we get a little bit of money in our pocket is how we felt, I do not believe we will be staying here again. We have stayed there for the last three years in a row and everything was pretty much. OK we were treated. We will never stay there again. then we opted for an early check-in came back two hours after the early check-in date time I should say, and they were having problems with getting us checked in our room due to some electricity issues. There at the hotel took us forever to get to even get in our hotel room they stuck us by the cleaning facilities laundry room so to speak of it was so loud door slamming in and out of it constantly we couldn’t have gotten rest if we wanted to just again never again will we stay

Beautiful lobby, very clean room and comfortable bed! Dog fee $20 which is fairly high but that’s the price . Coffee and ice water at the front desk. Laundry on the second floor $2.25 wash and $2.25 dry , you can use card! ( thank god!) gym is small but functional. Would definitely recommend. Good price, comfortable, good service !

They suppose to have pretty good breakfast ( which they do charge for $10 , although it reads as service charge on the bill) . There was no breakfast bc they couldn’t find the replacement for someone who had emergency. Kinda was looking forward to more then cereal .

My favorite thing about my stay was the breakfast - specifically the breakfast burritos, they were amazing. I also liked the price, and then staff was very respectable and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you want to save while exploring Santa Fe.

Rooms are not huge so wouldn’t be very comfortable to stay here with more than a couple people. I was alone with family staying next door so it was comfortable for me.

It is not luxurious, or does it have all the perks the Big Chains offer however they have figured out what the middle class family customer is looking for and they do a good to great job of meeting that need. Friendly, consistent customer services, clean, safe, simple, accessible decent breakfast and decent location plus there are other perks that they offered that I did not use so they appeal to the family, seniors and basic business guy.

An business office with a pc and printer so we can check e mail, confirm flights and stay in touch from where we came from. This was missing and would not be that great of an expense. Could put it in the front lobby so it can be watched or under lock and key in the room where they serve breakfast. By 9 am they ran out of caffeniated coffee. Can not have that happen. Just get rid of the decaf, put sanka or ?? Tea out and take care of the power coffee drinkers.

Liked the vibe of the place. Fun theme and decor. The front desk staff was nice and informative. The breakfast was awesome! Those homemade burritos were fantastic! I would stay there again.

The narrow hall and the not being able to pass the cleaning ladies... The ramp and steps join awkwardly. Not horrible but possibly a hazard if someone wasn't looking.

Nice hotel in good location. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast with homemade burritos. Rooms are small but bathroom a nice size.
