The room was nice and the elevator was prompt and clean. The ambiance of the hotel was very nice and everything was clean and modern. The beds and bedding was excellent.

My room had not been vacuumed properly as my little Chihuahua kept eating crumbs off the floor, which made her sick the next day. Also, there was not hot water for tea later in the day, and our room ran out of kleenex.

I did not like the parking situation. There was not even parking. I also did not like the breakfast hours. We needed to leave early to get on the road, I wish breakfast had started at 3.

I almost never leave reviews, but this had to be sent. I am visiting here from out of town due to a traumatic loss in my family. I double checked to make sure that my room would be cleaned no less than four times. I went down to the front desk. I called twice and made sure to double check with them before we left. I was told as long as we were out of our room by noon my room would be cleaned. It is the third day in a row and they still have not cleaned it. I requested it multiple times and greatly needed thissmall service in my life. I know that it is not the fault of those who are cleaning, however, the fact that they assured me that this would be done and then did not do it, is very disappointing. At times like this, It's the small things that really make a difference. I really wish that they would have abided by what they promised to do.
