Room was dirty. (Have pics to prove it) lady at the front desk was lazy and unpleasant. Roaches and water bugs everywhere

Nothing at all , I couldn’t cancel the room or I would’ve still lost out on my money, because they don’t do refunds.

The Extended Stay has a Roach infestation, and I had to stay in the room with my newborn child, the Television was not working properly, The bathroom Shower in the room was improperly working. The Elevators did not work the only one that did was on the far opposite side of the hotel. It was just a bad experience.

The overall experience was bad. I did not like those 2 nights someone knocked at my door very hard waking me up out of my sleep. The floor was so dirty that I took my shoes off to walk from the front door to the bathroom (10steps) and the bottom of my feet where black.
