We were road tripping from Wisconsin, when we got to the hotel at 7:30 pm, we were informed that there was no info on our booking. So I spend the next hour on the phone with a representative of the hotel, because there is no reception. He unfortunately couldn’t help , we forwarded all email correspondence, confirmation number, what ever we had. He had no record of any correspondence and of course they were booked out and so was all of gulf shore. He suggested we contact booking .com. He was unable to help us. We ended up driving another hour and a half to Fort Walton Beach in Florida and had to spend the weekend in a motel, away from the beach. Needless to say it was extremely stressful arriving and not knowing where to stay. We will not be using booking.com again

This is an amazing property..we stay here often and I enjoy the snack bar and on the beach.

Elevator was great in the spring but it’s miserable and takes a long time in the summer

Lot’s of construction, no doubt in the near future there will be big changes.

No WiFi, no cable channel book, cheap toilet paper , a fishing guide with proven catches would have been nice.

Well it was on the beach and it was quite and very relaxing....my kind of place 👍🏻😁

There was a contractor that was working on the bathrooms down at the pool area that was really rude and hateful. Other than that it was perfect.

Great location, pools, and great price!

Master bed is uncomfortable and squeaks very loud anytime you move. There were not enough blankets. Bedrooms have a cover on the bed but it is basically a second sheet. No comforters. Thankfully my kids travel with blankets or we would have had to purchase some.

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on.

I didn’t know there was a breakfast offered. The location was great, seconds from the beach.

Our dryer drum did not work. We called twice for them to come fix it and no one ever called or came.

The downstairs shower didn’t work for the first night we were there. Also to cool off the upstairs you must freeze out anyone downstairs

Out dated air conditioner so the room was always hot. Major construction right outside the room that I wasn’t told about until AFTER the room was booked.

Beach was very nice and the location was nice.

Room and view not as described. Elevator quit working for 2 days, the steps got very old.

Condo was a little dated. Needs new pillows for downstairs. Needs a dust pan and new sweeper vac. TV upstairs did not work.

The security was wonderful he was very nice and helpful. And the people staying at the property were nice. The closeness to the beach.

the location of the dumpsters, a/c filter super dirty, oh and no hot tub? it’s listed as a property amenity and not there this was part of the reason we booked was because a hot tub was advertised.

Parking tight, no sidewalks to walk to restaurants, stores etc.

Sand on the floors & the carpet was dirty. The commode didn’t flush without flushing 5 or 6 times. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. The pillow case on the bed had dried blood & other stains on it. The other pillows didn’t have pillow cases on it. I called about the commode & no one showed up. We have stayed at Sugar Beach before & loved it but this time was a bad experience. Condo 368 was the perfect space but needs a lot of TLC.
