Location was perfect for us. We are pub people so the noise from the pub next door didn't bother us at all. The apartment was enormous and even better than the photos show.

Loved the layout, the style and modern feel.
Like others, we struggled a bit with the pub which was literally the other side of the property wall.
You could almost hear individual conversations which was slightly annoying.

Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had nice decor!
Location of the apartment was attached to a pub outdoor seating area making it noisy of a night time, the apartment was hot likely due to the glass (would benefit from a fan in each of the bedrooms).
The cups were not clean, so we’re not used by ourselves&found the utensils could do with an upgrade. The apartment looked well worn in areas.
Thought it was expensive for the price we paid&did not meet our expectations, would not recommend this property to those who have young children due to the location of the steep stairs.

Location was excellent. It’s a large size property. Tasteful modern decoration.
Cleanliness was an issue. In particular the washing machine and plates. The owner did offer to send the cleaners back, but we were out and I had already cleaned up. The noise from the bar next door was very loud every night.

The flat was generally very good.
We needed 3 beds. The sofa bed was very poor. It had an exposed bar in the middle. Compared to the excellent beds the sofa bed was a let down.
Also very noisy because of the pub RIGHT next door.

Lovely apartment, modern, warm and fitted to a really good quality. In a good area, next to cafes and pubs, close to shops. Really appreciated the parking space. Really helpful booking team.
Bed wasnt to our particular comfort but not a problem. Saucepans need to be changed for induction use.

Very stylish and spacious. Near to Parkstone train station and various bus stops if you are planning to use public transport to travel around.

Loved the decor and large lounge area.
No wardrobe in second room. Pub next door quite loud at night.

The apartment was stylish and comfortable to stay in, the free parking was great with its own space
Good Internet and TV facilities
Shower was lovely but cold if anyone has a bath as uses all the water from the tank
Iron and iron board if required and washing machine if staying for longer would defo come in handy
The little basket with milk, crisps, and a few biscuits was a nice touch and the chocolates on the pillows
No mention of the loud music from the pub from 5pm til the early hours of the morning
Very inconvenient and disturbing
No washing up liquid,
No place matts and risk of damaging furniture when having hot drinks or food,
No tea/coffee
No salt or pepper or basic condiments
No foil or cleaning products to use within the oven /microwave
All the stuff you do not travel with and would expect given the cost for 3 nights stay
Due to lots of glass kitchen/ living space gets very warm and unable to have doors or windows open due to the noise from the pub right outside the windows being even louder and disturbing when trying to relax

The property was beautiful. Great location. Walking distance to lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. It was a 10 minute drive to Sandbanks and 15 minutes to Poole Quay. If you want to leave your car parked up it was near the local bus stops. We got a taxi into Poole which was £9.80 and got the ferry to Swanage for the day which was great.
Nothing it was all great. Unfortunately we did not have enough hangers so maybe bring some of your own.

Great Location and good quality rooms with necessary amenities.
There is no one available on site but responsive over phone and messages.
Parking space available right next to the apartment.
The rooms are great quality. However, 5 of us were sharing the pull out couch didn’t have linens and towels prepared on arrival. This was resolved though at 11:30pm on the same night of arrival.
Otherwise no issues with the apartment.

Lovely interior design and super spacious. Really enjoyed the location - very close to Poole Park (beautiful, tennis lessons available and fun adventure playground) and 10mins drive from the beach. Nice coffee shop a stones throw away. Would definitely stay there again.
Only downside was the water in the car parking area that made it hard to get into the car without getting wet! Expensive - but you get what you pay for sometimes.

although the staff were helpful the booking process was clearly remote and far away. not personable and the online systems for payment and security deposit not very user friendly. lack of parking for more than 1 car which is a bit unimaginative for a 6 bed property.

The sofa bed not comfortable for teenager age
Not good with a young family as pub adjoining back of apartment with live music till past 11 pm - children upset as couldn’t sleep!

The property is stunning with high quality furniture and kitchen appliances. Very tasteful modern decor and colour scheme.
Everything was spotlessly clean and all the equipment you could possibly want in the kitchen is provided.
Welcome hamper was a particularly nice touch.
No fan provided although we had requested one. Huge expanses of glass mean the property heats up like a furnace - unbearable in the recent heatwave.
No clothes storage whatsoever in 2nd bedroom. Walk in cupboard needs a rail and shelves.
