Everything was really easy and great location for restaurants
Could have had champagne flutes and cheese knives but had everything you could ask for ,loved having coffee pods !

Beautiful home. Accommodations for 6 of us were perfect. We had 2 couples and 2 singles.
Very quiet neighborhood
We were appliance challenged. They are beautiful but somewhat too fancy. Owners had a great instruction manual to get us through. If you plan to do laundry use small loads. Clothes line a plus.

Easy to access no keys to worry about with code entry
Everything was perfect had everything we needed .all kitchen appliances utensils are supplied .if had to find a fault the pillows were a tad firm and dryer worked occasionally but we managed and very happy and would highly recommend

It was clean and very spacious and due to storm Sarah went out her way to ensure we could access the property- beautiful, well-equipped home - We will definitely be back!

I emailed to ask for an early check in as I had my 88 year old mother. Received a message with a phone number to contact but did not connect so arrived at 2 pm thinking it was ok. Arrived and tried to get in with code given. Cleaner arrived and said he would be 45 mins, very poor communication. No instruction on how to get door open. If cleaner wasn’t on premises, we would not have been able to open door. Perhaps that should be written in your email when you give out the code

beautiful, new, clean and comfortable.
The modern beach pad was the perfect house
and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. beautiful big sliding doors meant when it was hot you could almost open up the whole side of the house to flow out onto the big outdoor living area. plenty of space and comfortably accommodated 6 adults. with Keyless entry on the door so it meant no one had to stress about who had the keys and weather the door was locked.
would definitely stay here again.
the only downside to this wonderful accommodation was having to pay extra for linens.
while we were happy paying the cleaning and services fee for the cleaning after our stay as with most places. however this house also has a per person cost for linens on the bed. which was up to $170 for only 3 of the 4 rooms. we felt this was a bit frustrating as we were traveling from the south island and didnt have a choice but to pay it as we couldn't bring our own linens. but despite this frustration at the booking process, we forgot about the extra cost during our wonderful stay.
