BEAUTIFUL updated Knoxville house close to downtown & the aiport
Cette maison en brique de plain-pied est ouverte, pleine de lumière, propre et belle avec de nouveaux appareils de cuisine et une cuisine et des salles de bains récemment rénovées. Il y a 3 chambres et deux salles de bain. Une chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen ainsi qu'un matelas pneumatique premium queen si nécessaire. La chambre principale a un lit queen. Tous les lits ont de nouveaux matelas. Il y a des coins salons sur le porche avant et le patio arrière et une grande cour arrière. Un pack n play est disponible sur demande.

This is a beautifully remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed here for a wedding weekend, and it was perfect for our family. I highly recommend this property.

We came to Knoxville for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and Julie’s place was perfect! It was clean and close to the venue and the perfect place to hang out in between games.
The neighborhood was quiet and amenities were better than a hotel because we could cook healthy meals for our athlete and store snacks for the spectators!

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean, it had comfy beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners. Our only regret was not staying one more night! We'd like to make another trip to Knoxville in the future and this is where we'll stay. Thank you, Julie!

This was our second stay at your adorable home. We love the location! It is so quiet yet so close to UT campus. The home is tastefully decorated, nice furnishings and fixtures, and is very spacious. We are so happy to have found this spot and hope to stay again soon! Thank you!

This cute rental was the perfect location for helping move our son into the dorms. It's a great central location, safe neighborhood, and very clean home. Julie was very responsive and easy to reach with a few questions. We will definitely be back!

We had a very positive experience and loved the house. We were taking our boys to visit U of TN so the location was great. First time visiting Knoxville and really enjoyed it!

You can tell the owners are mindful of details. The house is very clean, wisely furnished and well taken care of. We enjoyed a nice walk around the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay there again!

This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I loved getting up early in the morning to see all of the birds in the backyard. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends and the location is amazing. You can go basically anywhere around campus or downtown, etc. in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

Julie was fast to respond on all emails and texts. The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It's modern & updated. Location is close to so much. She provided above and beyond what a typical host provides (plenty of tp, coffee, cream, sugar, filters). There was even a basket of treats awaiting us! Thank you, Julie!

This house was perfectly and centrally located to downtown Knoxville. Safe neighborhood, plenty of amenities, and a great clean decor on the inside. We came to stay for a family wedding and the house was stocked: iron, clothes rack, hairspray, coffee, you name it. Perfect place and will definitely come back!

Excellent!
This property was great for our 2 families. It had plenty of space, nice yard, and everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the open living, dining, kitchen space. It made it super easy to hang out together and visit. It’s located in a nice, safe neighborhood. The kids enjoyed playing outside. We would definitely rent this place again next time we visit Knoxville.
