Great stay at a great house. Wonderful communication from owner, easy check in and check out. Great pool and hot tub and nice to be able to use the golf cart. Would stay again!

We had such a great family vacation at this Beautiful secure PGA WEST property. The pool was the largest and cleanest of any pools we have rented in La Quinta.

Great pool chairs and outdoor sitting area. Large kitchen with 6 burner stove and double ovens. two bedroom casita.
Our host was great. Very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and intend to rent again.

Everything was easy and well explained. Big house. Hot tub was especially nice. Great view of Nicklaus Tournament 11th approach shots to this Par 5. Freezer door doesn’t close automatically, must push solidly to close. Otherwise your ice cream will melt like ours.

We thought the property and location were great. View was spectacular and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Would stay again. The house was very spacious!

WE really liked the property and the location. Our friends own the same house 5 doors down so it was very convenient for all our turkey celebrations!
My suggestions and yes it is a rental but a couple of things would really entice and make the house a bit more comfortable.
1) New cutlery and dishes....many plates and cups had cracks and pieces out of them. The knifes, forks and spoons are very cheap and my 6 year old grandson could bend them.....again not attractive !
2) Opening the glass cupboard and seeing OLD plastic water glasses that are scratched and very used again unattractive. You need glassware glasses in the kitchen.

Our girlfriend group enjoyed this beautiful, spacious home. There were plenty of comfortable beds and bedrooms, with an enormous kitchen and generous outdoor seating areas. We would definitely consider staying at this desert getaway again. Wonderful host!!

Had a great time. We were there for a party in the community with several home owners. Our location was perfect! Communication with the property manager was excellent and thoroughly appreciated. Can't wait to stay again.

Perfect place for our Year 60 girlfriend getaway. Plenty of space to spread out and unwind. Great amenities. Lovely kitchen to prepare meals. Everyone had their own bedroom. Would definitely recommend.

I was there this past weekend with girlfriends. The house was perfect. It was very clean, very spacious, very well stocked (kitchen, bath, pool supplies, etc). The group raved about how perfect the house was!

This property was ideal for our family of 8 adults and 4 kids. It's a luxury home that has been beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed! The pool was perfect for the hot summer weather and members of our family enjoyed the proximity to the golf courses. We want to come back every year!

Th house was very clean. We did have to search for pool towels and such. Couldn't find the instructions to get the TV and stereo working and we had to figure things out on the fly. Our agent was wonderful help.

Our stay in LaQuita was amazing! We had three couples on a golf vacation and this house and location was perfect! The house was spacious and clean and the outside was perfect with the huge pool, outdoor cooking area and plenty of places to relax. We will definitely stay here again!

The pool and hot tub are a dream. Great home with plenty of room. It's a simple decorated home and the kitchen is large. Golf cart was a hit with the kids. Tom was very accommodating. Beautiful view from the master bedroom and backyard.

Just returned from our second stay here. First time was great but since they have remodeled, re-painted and generally I enjoyed the stay more so than our first stay a year ago. House is clean, has an amazing outdoor living area, great pool and hot tub (Get the pool heating option). Sits on the Nicholas course. Great views of the mountains as well. Casita is a nice separation if you have kids esp teens. Community is high end, gated and clean as can be. Can't say enough good things. Will rent this home again on future trips to the area for sure. 5 stars.

Lots of space for everyone. Comfy beds, nice towels, great pool. Kitchen needs new fry pan for frying eggs, hand towels, and outdoor use plates and glasses. Our family had an excellent time. We paid to heat the pool as the outdoor temperatures were low for our March 1-5 stay. It was definitely worth heating the pool. The kids spent hours in the pool. We would definitely stay in this house again. Thank you Tom.

Perfect set up for a large group. Had a group of seven. Enough space to gather as a group and to go off on our own. Kitchen large enough for gathering together as we prepared meals. Formal and informal meal locations. Lovely set up for socializing around the pool. Loved sitting in the spa under the stars with beautiful Mountain View. Everyone reported beds comfortable. Most definitely exceeded expectations.

Excellent home in a quiet gated community. Fun to have use of a 4 seater golf cart. Nice private pool and spa. Close to golf courses, one very good bar and pro shop.

We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday over Thanksgiving week. The house was perfect for two families and my parents. Communication with owner was prompt and efficient. Location and house amenities were great! Clean house and plenty of room for our group of 10. Golf cart was nice addition. Would definitely rent this property again.

There for a golf weekend with friends, the 5 star reviews are accurate. House was in good shape, everything worked, owner was communicative on one small issue we had. Air conditioning, pool and spa heat, appliances, grill, internet, etc. all worked just fine. Will stay here again.

La Quinta Golf Getaway
Property was in a gated community in PGA West. Beautiful house, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We had 8 people and it was roomy for sure, outdoor area was nice, pool was great. Views were great. Separate Casita was interesting. There is no access from those rooms from inside the house. You have to walk thru the courtyard to the main house. House had just about everything you would need. We brought our own floaties and beach towels. Food deliveries were also easy.

Relaxing
It was a very nice experience. It's a very quiet community. Very secured. My kids had so much fun . They where in the swimming pool all day and night. Even though we went on a very hot days, it was still great. We drove in the golf cart around the community and the people were very friendly. I wish I could of stayed longer. And if your a golfer you will enjoy this for you and your family.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood
The entire stay was great and the house was as described. We very much enjoyed our time there but do wish the backyard had more shade/misters for the summer heat. We would absolutely stay there again.
