Lots of features for beach life like chairs, outdoor showers, etc. Also nice, beautiful and clean.

We had to bring linens, towels and all supplies.

My wife cooked breakfast every morning. She did an excellent job. The layout of the house was good. The decor was nice. We loved the deck.

The lack of cleanliness. Upon arrival the toilet bowl in the primary bedroom's bathroom had brown specks in it. The sink in this bathroom drained slowly. It needs some attention. The trash can had red candy stuck to it. The refrigerator and freezer need to be cleaned. There is a hair in the freezer. Some of the tables had debris and dust. The fireplace has dust thick enough to write in. Someone left a white shirt in the closet in the bedroom with the bunkbeds. There was a towel in the outside shower. The outside trash cans had trash in them. The toys in the sand were scattered and immersed in the sand. The appearance was not appealing.

Loved the location, you could walk to anything you needed. It was clean and the decor was adorable. I thought that the property not having towels, linens, toilet paper, or paper towels would be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. We just packed up stuff from home, no biggie.

The only “complaint” that I have, which was out of the property’s control, is that the neighbor was loud several times. Loud music, revving his Jeep, etc. It quietened down at night, but if you have small children napping, it might be annoying. But the neighborhood felt very safe.

The kitchen was lovely; the main room charming ; the decks were pretty and pleasant; great shower in the master suite!

Entry was difficult; the door had to be pulled in order for the functions to activate; Was able to reach rhe owner and her maintenance guy Corey met us quickly and was very helpful!

The house is beautiful and the host is very accessible.

The house is not as close to the beach as I thought it would be, but it's not very far either. There are also no ocean views.

Modern amenities, spacious and very clean.

We loved the open Floorplan and outside areas. The house was convenient to everything yet private and relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked and had we stayed during warmer weather the use of the beach chairs and numerous other beach items would have been appreciated!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We also didn't like that even basic items like trash bags weren't included despite us knowing this ahead of time it would still be nice to include some additional items considering some of the extra fees that were added to the rental.
