Excellent hospitality and incomparable follow-up by the management, from the reservation, during the stay, until the checkout and beyond. A rich breakfast was provided at the café just aside, with the personal supervision of the manager. Two comfortable rooms, each with a TV, good wifi, and individual airconditioner. A small separate kitchen between the two. The location is perfect for a visit to the old city but also the vibrant commercial area is a few steps away. We have also received good tips for restaurants and parking.

The night was noisy, but a popular anniversary, dear to the people, was in progress that night. I assume the inconvenience was exceptional

המיקום של הדירה פשוט מעולה. קרוב לכל מקום במרכז העיר וגם לעיר העתיקה. היחס וקבלת הפנים מאד נדיבים ונעימים. כל בקשה נענתה מיד וביעילות. בסך הכל הדירה פונקציונלית ויש בה כל מה שצריך.

המטבח מאד קטן. למעשה אין מרחב נח לזוג לאכול בו. אנחנו התארגנו על הארוחות בחוץ,בחצר, מה שלא היה מתאפשר במזג אויר פחות טוב. הדירה נמצאת בבניין משותף והשכנים מלמעלה, דיירי הבניין היו רועשים ועשו מנגל. לגיטימי לגמרי. רק חשוב לדעת. מה שהכי הפריע זה שיש צינור מרזב שיורד ישר לתוך החצר הקטנה של הדירה. המרזב טפטף ותקתק וזה היה מציק ברמות.

The service was great from the checkin during the stay and when checkout, the location very good close to everything, the facility was clean and comfortable.

We took the delux villa, we didn’t like the walkthrough shower and the fact there was only 1 bathroom.

Hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Suite is airy, modern, clean and well set up. Amazing location!!! Near Old City, restaurants, shops and cross from a supermarket! Two doors down from Mamilla View office on case you need anything . Would book again.

Super central and convenient location - Comes with a bit of noise.

We stayed in three different rooms that were excellently located, close to the old city and the mamilla mall.The service was pleasant in general and if something went wrong they tried to compensate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of them had a cheese entry with linoleum, which was a downer upon arrival as it felt that we were paying way too much. But the room ended up being a good one. The second one had an entry on a main road and had a broken first door. The third was small but the nicest as far as the entry and the room was concerned. Even though you looked up-to dwellings right above the rooms that were dilapidated. It gave a particular charm if you like that.

Definitely recommend. The location was great. 1 min walk from Mamila Center shopping mall. The room was very clean and had everything needed. I was surprised even such thing as hair straightener (!), very attentive to the details. Private terrace is another thing I really enjoyed to be able to work in privacy outdoors. Special thank you to Mario for being in touch with me on WhatsApp, arranging airport transportation and currency exchange for me and advising nice dining places. Absolutely recommended!

Was tricky to find the location. However, the hotel representative was on the phone, explained everything and even met me outside on the street.

I am glad I stumbled upon such a great place. We had an absolutely amazing vacation at Mamilla View Suites. From the moment we arrived in Jerusalem we were guided on how to get there. We were given a warm welcome by the host of the property, Mario. Since we reached early, he stored our bags and ensured us that he will try his best to give us the room before time. Once our room was ready, not only did he give us a tour of the room and the jacuzzi, he also helped us with our luggage. The room was spotlessly clean. The sheets were crisp and clean. The jacuzzi area is private which is awesome. Our room had all the necessary amenities. The best feature of the kitchen was the Tami 4. The apartment was too cozy to leave. The structure has a modern and old look which makes it special. Our host Mario was always in touch with us recommending us restaurants and making sure we are ok. The apartment is well situated, being close to shopping, tourist sites and restaurants. Our host Mario went out of his way and helped us after our check out. He makes sure that the guests are comfortable. We are definitely staying here during our next visits to Jerusalem. Thank you so much for your great hospitality. Rebecca

If location matters, this is the neighborhood to stay. Full service, super clean, soft cotton sheets & towels, coffee & tea, welcome wine, excellent ac available, and an owner who cares about making you feel welcomed.

The stay was good value for the money we paid they supplied us with every thing we needed hotplate waterboiler for shabbat

Super friendly and helpful hosts. I was met with the keys and shown where to park at a parking garage around the corner. Given a tour of the room and area. Asked which kind of wine I prefer. Had more amenities than I needed, including kitchen microwave, stove utensils, etc. Location is amazing. A couple minutes from Mamilla mall. Right across is Kapit restaurant which was super convenient especially when in a rush. Had dinner and brunch there, super tasty and quick. Would definitely stay here again. Well priced.

Hosts are amazing! They were quick to respond to all inquires and gave great recommendations on places to eat. The location is perfect to walk to all the major areas in Jerusalem. The decor is very cool and the beds are comfortable. The AC was amazing and with 2 beds and a large bathroom there was plenty of room for 4 adults. I highly recommend this property.

What made this place fantastic was the hosts and the location. Shahaf and the entire staff were amazingly helpful in every way possible, and the location of the place can't be beat. It was a very convenient walk to the Old City, restsurants, and Independence Park with its playground for the kids.

The units arevwell stockedcand comfortable, but need a little work, particularly on the floors and stairs which have cracked and loose floor coverings. And the location is very noisy, primarily from cars honking (although thst's clearly not their fault, upgrading to double-pane windows would help greatly).

The location is very good, across the street from Mamilla Mall, just a few minutes walk to the Old City. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants, public transportation, and to the pickup location for tour buses. The room was very clean and cozy and comfortable for 3 people. Our host, Yossi, was always very helpful and answered all our questions via whatsapp. We arrived late at night, self check-in was smooth and easy. As few travelers have mentioned, it is on a very busy street and cars honking can be a bit annoying at night, but we slept very well nevertheless.

I first spoke to Yossi over the phone from Australia and his warmth and genuine hospitality came through in that first conversation. I was so excited about our stay and it really was perfect! We arrived early, our luggage was quickly stored and after a short stroll we were welcomed into our room by Yossi who proudly showed us around. Our room was clean and beautifully presented with fluffy towels, slippers, gowns, welcome chocolates and champagne as well as plenty of tea and coffee supplies. We had a spacious outdoor area to sit and relax and as we were in three people an extra chair was quickly delivered. We used the space to chat, relax and plan our days. The apartment was SO CUTE! The location was perfect for exploring everything we wanted to see, Mamilla mall was across the road and a gorgeous stroll through this immaculate mall and you are at the Jaffa Gate. Just across the street was the meeting spot for our walking tour and 5 minutes walk away was a car rental place that we spontaneously used to drive ourselves to the Dead Sea. It was warm during our stay but the air conditioning worked really well so kept us cool. I asked for a drying rack and hangers and they were quickly delivered with a smile. Communication on WhatsApp during our stay worked well, Yossi checked in on us and made helpful recommendations too. We walked everywhere and used the tram a bit too. I Hope I’ve remembered to share everything, it really was an amazing stay! Thank you Yossi and Mario and the rest of the team.

Nothing to complain about!

it was spotless, beautiful, amazing location- walking distance to the Mamilla Nall ( across the street) old city, market, many great shops, fantastic hairdresser ( Femme) next door, supermarket within 2 minutes of the apartment. the host was ALWATS available, helpful and friendly- amazing!

only complaint is that it has only one bathroom but it’s very clean, plenty of towels etc. could use a few more hooks!

the location could be better… city center walking distance to old jerusalem, big mall right i front the apartment lovely its made me feel i was at home… close to restaurant , super markets, change money…. high recommend can wait to come back… the staff is wonderful they clean my apartment every days new towels…. definitely will come back

The location was amazing! Plus you can’t find anything else even close to the price. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The hot water in the shower initially didn’t work, but we WhatsApp the host and he immediately got it fixed.

location near the holy city and 10-15mn walk from market and very live quarter near Zion square decoration is top, well equipped kitchen jacuzzi kindness and efficiency of staff note : we were upgraded in a great apartment with an external patio - not the original booking
