Bright light always on outside the window. It was horrible to try to sleep with.

Not worth the price for its bad location. Similar price for rooms in nicer hotels near Gion metro station.

Bad location. Disinterested front desk staff. No room cleaning service. No breakfast.

The rooms, although a bit squishy for 3 people, were very well appointed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The communal coffee pod machine did better coffees than most places. Close to JR station

There were no cafes or convenience stores really close by, but it was only a 10 minute walk to find some, so not too bad really

It was a very pleasant & happy trip for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was neat and clean and since it was an apartment hotel there was a kitchenette. The neighbourhood was also very quiet and peaceful.

The room we booked had a single and a double bed. Though comfortable, I personally feel the double bed should have been a little more bigger.

ベッドが広く、快適だった。 素泊まりでは文句なしだった。 洗面所以外に小さなシンクや洗剤もあり、赤ちゃんの容器などを洗うことができた。

Het bed was groot en comfortabel, als ook de kamer. De thee en koffie in de lobby, samen met de manga collectie, zijn ook erg aan te raden!

Het dekbed had groter gemogen op ons Kingsize bed. Het was onmogelijk samen onder het dekbed te kruipen zonder in het midden van het bed te liggen.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a nice quiet area,in easy walking distance to the bus stop and train station. There is a coin-operated laundry/ washing machine and dryer on-site for convenience. A lovely, cosy waiting room , great place to relax after a full day of shopping and sightseeing with complimentary coffee /tea & music. There are also complimentary bath salts on offer so you can have a long soak in the bath at the end of the day. Our rooms were quite spacious with a lounge area. We really enjoyed our stay here.

It is hard to fault our stay. If we had to put something, I would say the bed was a little on the firm side for our liking, but in saying that, we still had a good night's sleep. We would have liked conjoing rooms as we had older children that required their own room, but in saying that, the staff did their best and put us across the hallway from each other.

I liked how the toilet and the shower area were seperated, helps when someone needs to shower you can still use the toilet without having to wait for someone showering.

They should tell you when they are going to be cleaning the rooms (exact day) so you dont get anxiety for not knowing. It says they clean once a week but dont know when.

La stanza ha soddisfatto completamente le mie aspettative, letto grande e comodo, presenti aspiratori e aria condizionata. Al lato destro é presente un divano letto, una scrivania ed un ampio mobile con microonde, piano ad induzione, stoviglie e frigorifero. Il bagno molto comodo perché diviso in due sezioni, una dedicata alla doccia/bagno e l'altra con lavandino e wc. Lo staff ha fornito la stanza di profumo per ambienti, alcool disinfettante, pettine, spazzolini, dentifricio, prodotti da bagno, asciugamani e phon. La struttura é molto nuova ed ha una hall veramente bella con macchina da thè/caffè, divanetti per rilassarsi, bancone e tanti manga. Ho usufruito anche della lavanderia che al prezzo di 400 yen ti permette di lavare e asciugare i propri indumenti. La struttura é posizionata vicino ad una stazione JR ad una sola fermata da Kyoto centrale.

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla, il mercato di Kyoto, a primo impatto potrebbe sembrare una location "paurosa" invece l'ho trovata silenziosa e strategica. Il lato negativo é che non essendoci nulla nelle vicinanze, la sera é una zona spenta e quindi le passeggiate intorno alla struttura non sono bellissime. Per pernottare (solamente) va benissimo come zona!

We arrived before check in. A very friendly and helpful cleaning lady allowed us to leave luggage in our room, otherwise we would be stuck there and would have had to wait till 15. Spacious room.

Check in between 15 and 21, otherwise nobody at reception. Location is good if you need to be in the neighborhood. For visiting Kyoto as a tourist it is quite the walk and public transport is not very favorable.

It was a very good stay, the room was comfortable with enough space, the wi-fi worked properly (maybe because of being on the ground floor). The service was very nice and helpful. The room was equipped with kitchen tools making possible to prepare small meal. The equipment in bathroom was very good. The free service for baggage delivery was useful. The location was good.

The room was excellent and the staff were very helpful and accommodating during our stay.

The hotel itself served us perfectly fine. I would say its perhaps a tiny bit out of the way, but not so much that it impacted us hugely.

Guest service centre was very convenient and hotel is close to JR station.We enjoyed the lovely local park by the station.Lounge at the hotel we used to meet friends for coffee was a great start to our day.

Location is in a semi market type industry area, and it it further from shops and restaurants than hoped. Ballance these issues with the price and it is still OK, but a fair way to walk with large bags

you need to pay for sleeping wear/room wear. lil bit far from the station. you need to walk like 10 to 15mins and the location is kinda hidden.
