Close to everything in Solvang!

Hearing the guests above us ALL NIGHT LONG.

It was charming, nicely appointed, centrally located, very quiet and comfortable with easy access. Also dog friendly.

it seems the price was a little high given you had to make your own bed and take out the trash (cans were tiny).

Wow! what an amazing place! the room is incredible and with everything you need.

we struggled a bit with the self service at the beginning and it was difficult to get in since they don’t have a front desk.

Awesome, modern decor in a cute building. Centrally located. Easy contactless entry.

we normally like having an in-hotel restaurant or cafe or gift shop for forgotten supplies, but honestly this is so close to much restaurants and stores this wasn’t a factor.

Location was great, everything was walking distance. Hotel was very quiet, did not see a single person the whole time we were there. Suite was very clean with a nice layout.

our room was directly above a pub and each night we actually had to call down to the pub (after they were closed) and tell them to turn their music down because it was so loud our floor was shaking. I don’t feel like the price was worth what we got although still a good facility.

no staff on location. if I had known this in advance, I never would have booked. Also, the exterior or the property was falling apart.

Quiet and out of sight! So close to everything that you don’t really need your car to get around.

I did not like the environment of hotel since It didn’t have an outdoor or yard to sit and enjoy. There were no staff to speak with at entrance. Every thing was online

The breakfast was "light" and the fruit tasted as if it had been cut the day before. My grandson said it smelled and did not eat it. Coffee was good. Beds were comfortable, but that's it.

We were told that the pool at a sister property was close by and we could walk there. Not true! the Vinland Hotel is the last hotel in the town and required driving there especially in the 90 degree heat! We were locked out of our room twice and eventually a maintenence man came to fix the lock. He had to go get new batteries which meant another 30 minutes out of the room and no way to get food or drink for my grandkids. (The honor bar only has alcohol - no snacks) We were extremely disappointed and left after one night. Way too much money for what???

It is a fabulous property but I feel it was a little pricey just because it is Memorial Day weekend.
