The Corner lot condo is in beautiful condition, very clean, fully stocked kitchen for cooking with new appliances including a great coffee bean grinder. Spacious living area including: 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom. Large family dinning & living room. Heating in every room plus wood burning fire place, very cozy. Bus stop to mountain, town or village right outside of the condo. the condo is located right off the main street of Lake Mary Rd. Super convenient. Parking is great, also overflow parking available, too!

This condo is a great location for skiing and enjoying the village and the surrounding area. The kitchen, living room and dining room were perfect for our gathering of 7 (2 families). There was a lot of room for dinner prep and gathering as a group.

1- place was not clean 2- listing states three bathrooms, all with either a shower or tub. Not true! The upstairs bath was outside one of the bedrooms, and did not have a shower or tub. 3- hall bath was horribly dated, cracked tile, mold/mildew around the tub and shower door. Nasty is the word that comes to mind. And very small. 4- lighting in the kitchen is bad. 5- fired wood is on downstairs patio which was a mess. 6-a roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 6nights/7 people was seriously not enough and it appeared any extra rolls were locked up on the primary bathroom cabinet. 7- trash bags were also limited, along with cleaning supplies to clean between cooking meals 8- communication with owner was not good. Some questions up front were answered almost immediately but once full payment was received, no more communication until the day of arrival. I had asked for early check in four different times because we drove and really had no idea what time we would arrive. Check in is at 4:00 and I had asked for a 2:00-4:00 check in time. Rather than answering my question, I was ignored and upon early arrival, we could not get in (around 2:30). The door is on a time lock so we could not get in until 4:00. I ‘m fine with that but a heads up from the owner would have been appreciated. And accurate listing information should have been conveyed. Best thing was the location and trolly pick up just across from the condo. 2 stars!!!

This unit is cetrally located to lakes, stores and restaurants.

Would have been nice if screen door upstairs was functional. Place is close to walking/biking path which is nice.

The condo was in a very nice neighborhood, very peaceful and safe. Remodeled kitchen with plenty of dishware. The condo was clean and has a great layout and is located in a great area. We did run into a couple issues but the issues were resolved. We would definitely come back and stay at this rental in the future.

This rental is in a fantastic location. It’s quiet, very convenient, and well-appointed for a family with dogs. We stayed in August. The place was not too warm at all despite no AC, which is typical for Mammoth. The communication with Greg was great. The games and giant flatscreen TV provided us hours of family fun. The stars were gorgeous from the property with peekaboo views of the mountains. Beds are firm but comfortable. I enjoyed the very short downhill walk to the village daily as well as the short drive to local attractions. June Lake and Convict Lake were favorites. We will look to stay here again in the future! Worked out perfect for 5 adults and 4 kids

We enjoyed our stay. The vrbo was very spacious.

I stayed with my son and his wife, my daughter and three grandkids and the layout was perfect us. Three bedrooms for the adults and a room with bunk beds for the boys. A terrific, spacious layout in the kitchen and family room with large windows to enjoy the view. Extended family came over for Happy Hour which worked out great. Highly recommend this spot!

Greg is a very responsive host. The end unit condo is in a great location, very pretty and convenient to restaurants, stores, hiking trails, etc. There are a few things that need addressed (more supplies and broken light/bbq). The open concept with the kitchen open to the large living area is very nice, especially for a group of 10 like ours. Nice balcony with two chairs and small table, very pretty with trees all around.

The condo was fantastic for our two families! It was spacious and clean and had everything we could possibly want. It is also in a fabulous location, a short walk to both Twin Lakes and the Mammoth Brewing company. Love how it is nestled among the trees and feels so quiet! It is truly a perfect place. This was an unusual visit for us as we weren't able to do all the hikes and activities with the unprecedented snow, but we managed to squeeze in snow shoeing and lower elevation hikes. The condo was so great to be in as we spent more time playing games and inside than we normally would!

It was clear that the owners take great pride in ensuring a spotless and inviting environment for their guests. The bedrooms were spacious and provided an excellent night's sleep. Additionally, amenities such as heating and Wi-Fi were all in excellent working condition, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of this property was its proximity to Eagle and Canyon Lodges. Whether we wanted to hit the slopes or explore the stunning natural beauty of the area, we had easy access to both lodges, saving me valuable time and effort. Communication with the property owners was seamless and efficient. They were attentive and responsive.

This is nice 4 bedroom property that is a 2 minute drive to the Village. The updated kitchen is very spacious and perfect for multiple people in there cooking dinner or making breakfast. The living area is also very cozy and comfortable. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids had a blast staying together in the room with two bunk beds. All the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The property in Mammoth Lakes was perfect. We had 8 adults and 1 teenager plus two dogs and we all had plenty of room. The neighbors were very nice and the location was close enough to walk to two different buses depending on the location we wanted to visit. We will definitely be staying again and again.

We spent 4 nights in Mammoth during one of the epic snowstorms in the area! The corner unit with its open concept, large kitchen, dining area, and living room provided a beautiful view of nature and comfortably accommodated 9 adults. It was clean and felt like our home away from home. Greg was a gracious host. He responded to our questions and needs in a timely manner. We look forward to our next visit!

We've stayed 2 years in a row and will definitely be back again next year. The home is renovated, spacious, dog friendly and clean. The location can't be beat - short trolley ride to Eagle Lodge.

Everything was good as advertised. host was very helpful and answered all questions and requests. Only 1 issue which was resolved by ourself. Out of the 2 showers, 1 did not drained at all. We resolved the issue without bothering the host. I just wondered why this was overlooked by the cleaning/maintenance crew. Otherwise, property is everything I expected.

The condo was amazing for our small group of 3 friends with 2 Golden Retrievers, it would have been comfortable if we had all brought families too. It was great having a washer/dryer in the unit, we mostly used it to dry things that got too wet skiing in the fresh snow. Host was very responsive about the parking passes the previous guest accidentally took home.
