very minor—the outdoor furniture could be more comfortable. The only thing we were missing was a large pot (Safeway had lobster on sale for $5.99 each), we did not have a pot to boil it in…found other means.

Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen with modern appliances. Very good location. We requested extra blankets and owners provided brand new ones the same day. Also extra garbage bags were delivered upon request.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved. The blanket on the couch needed to be washed.

The property felt like a home away from home. It's location was in close proximity to everything happening in Phoenix. Also was conveniently located to sky harbor airport.

Home was super clean, fresh and modern. Extremely comfortable. And located centrally for easy travel around town.

The townhome was beautiful. It was truly a joy and gave an at home feeling while on vacation. We stayed for 5 nights. Pool was heated and very comfortable. There was an entire kitchen of utensils and items to use. Everything was great overall. I would definitely stay again!

Upon arrival at 3:14 pm the unit was not cleaned from the last guest, but the hosts were quick to accommodate. Ryan quickly came and brought us fresh towels. He sent me a text at 4:41 pm letting me know that everything was all set and they accommodated us for the inconvenience. We visited the pool on the last evening and there were a lot of flying bugs like bees and a couple of large carpenter bee looking insects. They were a little annoying but that all seemed to die at a splash of water. On the last day of the trip the internet got really spotty. I was unable to log out of my Netflix account in the living room due to network connectivity issues.

The townhome was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The price was great, it was clean, the bed was comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was also great- I went on an excursion and the tour guide picked me up at the front door of the townhome because its location. We Loved this place!

Had a few small issues: Master bathroom sink drained slowly and the remote in the living room probably needs to be replaced.

The location was great and very central. The accommodations were very nice inside.

It would have been nice to have more bath towels. We couldn’t find any dishwasher soap and our bathroom had no bath gel.

This location was perfect for my girlfriend and I's romantic getaway! Very private, with responsive hosts and great facilities!
