Beautiful house. Comfortable, well equipped, beautiful swimming pool and patio. Close to downtown. Excellent pastries nearby.

Property was close to 1st and 2nd beaches. Not far from Newport activity either. Great location. Wonderful outdoor space for kids. Overall highly recommended.

The house is beautifully decorated inside and outside. The pool was a major reason we rented this location, but it was unfortunately not working properly for the first few days of our stay (no compensation was offered). The house was well stocked with kitchen ware, and comfortable bedrooms. It is a little confusing at first to find, but trust GPS and mailbox on main road. Overall it suited our needs well.

Beautiful home. Used every seating area, which were many. Pool and pool table helped make memories during sunny and rainy days.

Despite the unfortunate weather this weekend, we had the best time in this home! The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and communication with the host was excellent. We didn’t want to leave and hope to stay again someday!

Beautiful home, great location, but a few downsides as well. The home is really nice, but had a mold smell to it and I am super sensitive to that. Didn’t bother my husband, but it did me. The house itself is very clean, so assume the mold smell is in the basement. Our trip was wonderful and the house was well equipped and was almost perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and nice high end appliances. The outdoor space was gorgeous and lots of birds. Very peaceful and tranquil. The owners requested no shoes in the home and we kept saying how clean the floors are because neither of us had any dirt on our white socks. This home is well cared for and you will love staying there. If you have a mold sensitivity, be careful and I might have just caught it when there had been a lot of rain recently. It was almost a perfect trip. I recommend this home to anyone that doesn’t have mold sensitivity issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained. The children loved the lower level to hang out and play games while watching TV. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. We would love to return again maybe during the summer so we can enjoy the pool and outdoor area.

Loved the house and how close it was to Newport without being in the thick of everything. Appreciated how clean it was and the communication from hosts.

This property was amazing! So clean and beautiful, perfect for our girls weekend!

1) The house was spotless, well decorated, and well stocked in terms of supplies. It felt very welcoming. It was nice and cozy to stay there. We especially liked the breakfast area and the living room. 2) The kitchen was absolutely well stocked! yes I mean it! It had everything we needed and more to make a family dinner for 8 people. 3) The updated bathrooms were very clean! you can only find those towels at high end hotels. 4) The location was excellent. It was very quiet and the neighbors seemed to be nice people. It is located near nice restaurants (Le Bec Sucre and Anthony's Seafood Restaurant) as well as shopping for groceries. Was a quick drive into downtown Newport. Overall it is an ideal place to stay for family vacations! We would definitely recommend this house.

A beautiful home in an amazing location! We went downtown Newport and to the Breakers and both were a short 10 minute drive. Plenty of Uber/lyft services available if you choose not to drive. The house is set back for privacy and the driveway offers ample parking. The backyard is gorgeous! I can only imagine how the home is for a summertime rental! As advertised!

Had a great stay at this lovely property. The home and yard are well-kept, clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect for us (near St. George’s, Salve Regina University, downtown Newport), communication with the hosts was prompt and thoughtful, and check in/out very easy. My group of friends and I stayed at this property for our annual gross getaway weekend. The house was very clean and we absolutely loved the decor. It had everything and anything we could possibly need and the location was perfect – just a short ride to the local activities including the winery, rail ride, and downtown Newport. We are long-time renters in the Newport, RI area and this is by far one of the best properties we've stayed at! The house is extremely well-kept and communication with the owners was always smooth and responsive. This is the first time we rented in the area with a pool on the property and it was a huge hit! Our children are now teens and the option of hanging at the house by the pool or going to the beach (short drive/bike ride) was the perfect combination. Highly recommend staying here!

This property is great and the location to all things around Newport is amazing. The highlight is the resort like backyard and pool which we really enjoyed. The owners were very accessible and did a great job giving all the information before we arrived.

This home is situated back and away from the street, and it is such a lovely oasis! It is quiet, clean, comfortably furnished - so pretty - and we absolutely loved the outdoor space and pool. The owners were very communicative about the questions we had upon arriving - friendly and helpful. The home is very close to town, so it was convenient for going to the beach, going out for meals, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again! This property was in an excellent location to experience Newport but not have to be in the hectic area of Newport. We really enjoyed the outdoor space of the backyard. The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids. We all spent many hours relaxing at the large table under the covered patio. The kitchen is extremely well furnished. We found everything we needed to cook meals. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds quite comfortable. Having the extra sleeper sofa in the den made for a great escape for our teenager. Another area we really enjoyed was the basement level. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the large TV. We had a 3 year old and a 5 year old that loved this area because of all the board games, puzzles, etc they could play with. Traveling into Newport or to the beaches was just a short drive. And there are many restaurants choices nearby. We especially enjoyed Ida’s Italian Restaurant! Home made pasta dishes were wonderful and they had GF options also. It was so nice having a Shaw’s grocery store not too far away. There is a 7-11 very nearby also. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us. As a side note for others, our favorite restaurants in Newport were 22 Bowen on the wharf and The White Horse Tavern. They were both kid friendly too.

It is impossible to describe how perfect this home is on every level, how amazing the owners are, and how ideal the location is! The house is clean, bright, spacious, meticulously maintained, warm and welcoming, with EVERYTHING you need. The location is supreme - space for parking cars, away from the street but close to anything you could possibly need or want to do. We were there with my elderly parents and extended family including two girls aged 9 and 15. We felt cozy and connected yet everyone had the space they needed. Libby and Za could not have been more kind, helpful, available, and welcoming - at the last minute we had to add on 2 days to our stay due to a medical emergency. Since there was not an immediate booking for those days, they quickly told us we could stay - but beyond that, they were caring, concerned, and offered to help in any way possible given the circumstances. You really should look no further - this IS the place if you want a beautiful, bright, clean, spectacular space to live in and easy access to anything Newport and Middletown have to offer. Never having rented someone's home before we did not know what to expect. Everything far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we felt like we were on vacation. The house is in pristine condition and perfect for a family reunion. The owners are invested in you enjoying your stay and very available to answer any and all questions. We can 't wait to return in the summer to take advantage of the pool and spectacular deck.

A beautifully furnished, thoughtfully fitted house with a well-maintained garden that is all within a short drive to everything of interest. Just across the road are all the practical shops for daily needs such as coffee, pastries, butchers, dry cleaning etc......

I would highly recommend this property due to the close proximity to downtown Newport, great restaurants, and the incredible hosts. They made the trip easy and enjoyable in every way. I will definitely be back!

Renting this house has been a dream from start to finish. The property was fabulous and the location could not have been better.
