Great location and nice size and layout of the unit. Some unit updates and clarification to management company check-in/check-out instructions needed.

It was a manageable walk to the beach. Condo had trash and hair throughout and all appliances were left sticky and yucky. We encountered several issues and some were not resolved upon check out. The deadbolt still does not work and the kitchen sink was leaking. The light switch in queen bedroom we could not get to work either. The beds were okay but not super comfortable. Really need black out curtains in all bedrooms. The queen bedroom has a hallway light and exit light coming in the window all night. The only time we encountered noise issues was the last night. Loved how it was located so close to all the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza.

Location can not be beat. This condo is on the elevated 1st floor so don’t new to take elevator or stairs to access. Plenty of room for 7 in our party.

Excellent location and perfect for our annual golf trip. Close to everything including a grocery store. Never used the rental car for the exception of getting us to and from the golf courses. Harbor town 8 min, Herron Pointe and Atlantic Dunes 5 min, Robert Trent Jones 12 min. Perfect along with the weather.

Traveled with my husband and 3 boys (ages 1, 6, and 11) as well as my sister. Perfect setup for our family! A closet full of beach toys—the boys were thrilled. Had everything we needed. I might make a small suggestion of drapes in the room with two beds—the hall light shines in pretty brightly at night. Luckily we have good sleepers so it wasn’t t a huge issue. Thanks for a lovely stay!

There were 6 adults, two 3 year olds, and one 6 month old and we were all very comfortable. The room overlooks a beautiful courtyard. The room was very spacious and offered a lot of amenities. For example, a closet with beach toys for the kids and a well stocked kitchen with a Keurig and coffee pot. The room was clean and spacious for the 3 families. We will stay here again.

We had an awesome time. Location was the best part of this condo. On the beach, Jim’s bar perfect for lunch and drinks while at the beach, walking to all the Coligny shops, clean property and responsive property management.

We love Seacrest and the condo was spacious and decorated beautifully. However, we did have one issue with our condo. We had water dripping from a ceiling vent/air conditioner onto our living room couch and anyone sitting underneath it.

Great clean room, poor customer service
The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean and had beautiful accommodating furniture for big parties. My only complaints was that check in was 4pm and check out was 10am which is a little later and earlier than I've experienced and when I asked for an hour early check in i was told they don't offer it. Besides that we loved the location and the place itself!

The 3 BR 3 Bath is actually a 3.5 bedroom and legitimately sleeps 12 people! There is an additional small room with a day bed and trundle so it was very comfortable for a large group. It does not have a view of the beach even thought it is a beach front property, it sits back on the property so a nice view of the gardens, fountains and much nicer than a parking lot view but does not see the ocean. But it’s only a short walk away. There is a large table that seats 10 plus 3 bar stools. I did not think the kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking equipment (and was not clean) so bring your own if you are particular. It does however have both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Great value!
Also fantastic location by Coligny with grocery store and many good restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Great space!
We totally enjoyed this lovely condo. There were a few things that left a bit to be desired but overall, we were quite pleased with the accommodations! I highly recommend anyone to rent this space.

Nice place but needs some upgrades
Rug in main room is old and dirty and rolls up on the corners making it a tripping hazard. We rolled it up out of the way during our stay. Also they is no mat at the back exterior door to wipe your feet when entering and back door handle is also in need of repair. Overall the place is nice and conveniently located. The view from outside porch is pretty useless. In my opinion place is overpriced.

Great location and wonderful stay
Seacrest 1101 was a very good place to stay that comfortably fits 8 adults. The location is fantastic and the pool and beach area is the best- Pool Bar Jim’s was great for the adults and kids. The condo is nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and Bathrooms need an upgrade- they were older and used- however overall the place made a great trip. Vacasa team was helpful and move in and out was easy.

Great location!
This was a great location for us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The complex is well maintained. The two large pool gave plenty of space for all guest. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Carpets are disgusting!
Beware. This condo is in need of refreshing. The furniture is very nice but the carpet is beyond nasty. The appliances in the kitchen need updating as well. We arrived to find the bedroom carpets full of filth and dirt. Vacasa did send someone out to clean for us the next day. However, the dirt did come up but the stains are pretty bad. We felt like we need to wear shoes all the time. Based on the cost of the rental and the online pictures- it was not was I was expecting to I walk in to. Besides the updates needed- the condo is very roomy and has tons of potential!

The property is in a great location! The condo does need a little updating but I knew that from past reviews. My only complaint is the condo was not clean when we arrived. I contacted management and they did send a cleaning crew over.

1101 seacrest
Residence was filthy and very outdated. Hair in showers and on walls of showers. Spent two hours cleaning after arrival. Toilets constantly backed upped and had to be plunged entire stay. We made the best of it

Somewhat disappointing
Location is excellent but this property desperately needs an update. Tiles were cracked in multiple bathrooms, carpeting was stained in the bedrooms, walls need painting, door to patio needs repair or replaced. Access to beach was great and the pools were nice although the beach bar service and quality could be better. Easy walk across the street to multiple restaurants and a piggly wiggly that’s pricey. The Kroger a couple miles away was the best choice

The condo is beautifully decorated with all new, beachy furniture, artwork and colors. The location is perfect, right on the beach and across the street from Coligny. Who could ask for more!!!

Never Again
Wow, this condo is not at all what the photos make it look like. It is not bright - it is more like a cave. With stains everywhere - the blinds, the carpet, the walls and even the sheets were stained AND we found a hair on the sheets! Food on the patio....and the condo smelled so musty that I was up all night coughing due to it triggering asthma.
We arrived at 7 p.m. and left to go home at 7 a.m. Didn't even want to shower there. Need I say more?

The Island Life
The unit was very spacious and comfy. The furniture and decor was beautiful. The location couldn’t be better being situated between Coligny Plaza and the ocean. The pools and pool bar made for a great time!

Fantastic location to beach and Coligny Plaza!
My large family was very happy with the spacious layout and amenities included in our stay at Seacrest 1101. We travelled with 9 teenagers , and there was enough space and privacy for all.
The location is perfect ! Easy access to beach , Coligny Plaza directly across from the property giving us conveniences to grocery shopping , dining , and other fun shops to peruse . You will be very pleased with this property .We would happily return again next summer ! Thank you Vacasa!

Convenient, but overpriced
The location of this condo is very convenient. Shops, restaurants and a grocery store are steps away. The condo has also had new furniture and pain recently. However, for the prices being charged, it needs much more. The pillows are lifeless, the linens are cheap, ill-fitting and scratchy. Some of the bathrooms have quite a bit of mildew. The kitchen needs updating and needs new stocks of cookware. Right now everything is the cheapest of the cheap and doesn't last with regular use. Two of the 3 bedrooms also lack ceiling fans so the rooms get quite warm. For less than the cost of one night's rental, ceiling fans could be added to make things more comfortable. I didn't have a single good night's sleep the entire time.

Great location and amenities
The condo is very nice, not a great view, but we weren’t in the condo much! Sea Crest is a nice resort with good amenities and a great location! Two pools, umbrellas and chairs to rent, Jim’s Pool Bar with good drinks and food and right across the street from Coligny Plaza!! We would definitely rent again!!

Spacious
We loved the condo, it had everything we needed including items for the beach. The beds were very comfortable, there is plenty of room. I had 4 teenagers with me and they had room to spread out. Close to pools and beach. Would definitely recommend it.
