upon arrival you hv task to find key from parking lot and then self check in .

great central location. the property was very warm and cosy with everything you need for a short stay. staff were excellent and very receptive. asked for extra duvet and it was there when I arrived. they also checked in on Christmas Day which was very good in my opinion.
the property had a smell as if someone had been smoking in it. the worktops etc were clean but the skirting boards and under the pull out bed were really dirty. the pull out bed had some stains on it and a few hairs. it was as if someone had done a light clean before we arrived. also no wifi

The host was amazingly helpful and it was a perfect place to stop for the weekend!
