Location and parking
Loud, noisy, smelly, beds very uncomfortable, single elevator gave slow access, dirty duvet on single bed, given wrong access code and wrong car parking space number, hallways were unbelievable hot

Easy to collect key, great YouTube video and great host to communicate with prior to staying there.
The blinds in the Living room are proper blinds so light comes through in the morning when you are sleeping. Sky box is there but it doesn't work. Only access to TV was your own Netflix account

The host was very polite and reachable for help when asked for clothes stand and extra towels. Much appreciated on their service :) right from the time of collection of keys till the hand over of keys on check out.

Offered 'upgrade' to Omega Inn as alternative to Blue Diamond at last minute. Efficient and quick communication in relation to the change. Thankfully, Omega Inn wasn't too far away and in a quieter location with easy parking. Everything I needed was provided (inc washing up liquid), and I'd book to stay here again.
Booked Blue Dimond but told wasn't available the day before my trip. Omega Inn had good Wifi but very poor TV signal. However, not a big issue, as could have watched on my tablet if I wanted too.

beds and settee were broken. in bad repair generally. couldn’t turn heat down on shower.

the location as is very close to town centre and restaurants
the ring camera outside the flat, above the door in my opinion doesn’t give you privacy!

location was good.
the property was just too hot. it wasn't even that hot outside but the building has lots of glass, limited opening windows and no way to cool down. an air conditioning unit would be a real bonus.
a more minor grievance was the laminate floor which was coming up.

was called at 8 pm night before stay cancelling the property I paid for. offered alternative but nothing like I had booked or worth the money. owner knew we were had no choice but stay there

Good location if you dont mind a bit of late night noise. Perfect for shops and bars .
Beds and bedding very basic , could not find any tv channels , no soup/dessert spoons . Would have liked a " how things work " leaflet .
