Absolutely perfect place to spend time with your family. Quinta Pereiro Tropic Garden is a place, where you can relax and just "be". We booked the stay for final 3 days of our 2 week round trip around Portugal and this choice was way better than we even expected. We had a nice, cosy and perfectly clean room with huge terrace, where we chilled out during day and evenings, with a view to orange tree orchard. In the wind you hear the banana trees and palm trees which are planted in the garden. This peacefull setting was very relaxing for us. Our kid enjoyed the pool the most. It has clean water and it is quite big even to swim for adults. Service provided by Estelle and Damien is excelent. They seemed very nice and wellcoming, always smiling, but keeping their distance not to intervene in your space. It was such a lovely way to give the guests everything they needed to stay relaxed, but also not to intrude. The breakfasts were very well maintained. One person of our family is on gluten-free diet, which was perfectly addressed by providing gluten-free bread and snacks. And the fresh orange juice from the orchard was such a pleasurable stuff to drink! The facility is equipped with a full size professional kitchen (stainless steel counter, big stove, all the gadgets), which is free for guests to use to cook lunches and dinners for themselves. In the garden there is barbecue and open-fire grilled also free to use (we baked our pizza for one of the dinners there). Although it is not directly on the seaside, it is however about 10 minutes drive from the beach in Olhao or Faro. From the Faro airport is it about 20 minutes drive. It was such a lovely place, that we are sure, when we will be back in Portugal, it will be without any doubt our first choice when finding place to stay.

We missed some animals there, we were told that peacock, who was entertaining guest by his magnificent appearance, died unfortunatelly some time ago...

Our Hosts were wonderful people. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. It was just what we needed to end our 4 week trip in Portugal. We will definitely go back.

Our Hosts were Exceptional (and a very attractive couple I may add) and our stay here was a "Tie for First Place" in our 10 day tour of Portugal ! We enjoyed Leon (the peacock roaming around) and we had our own small porch area to sit outside (not far from the pool) to enjoy breakfast or later share a bottle of wine. Very rural area (and a bit of a challenge for the GPS) with what appeared to be small family farms / vineyards or fruit trees abounding nearby. Off season visit (late March) so the pool was used very little so very quiet but even then, not a place for any expected overcrowded pool noise. More a couple getaway location? Nice continental breakfast area and exceptional home grown orange and other juices and very fresh baked pastry and breaded treats! Very friendly but very respectful and quiet guests. Very quiet at night. (Maybe a dog barking briefly in the distance?) Glad this was one of our "book more than one night" locations! Our room (almost like an attached mini cottage) was of a small to moderate size but very comfortable. Bit of planning as restaurants a fair distance away. Mid point in our vacation and would definitely stay here again!

That we did not stay longer. Air conditioning was absent but nice open window fresh air.

We liked being in the countryside with the wonderful night sky. It was chilly at night but the main room has a heat pump. It's a small three bedroom trailer. Reminded me of being on a boat. The charcoal barbeque was great but the pool was too cold to use in Feb. Lovely orange trees on the property and a resident peacock. Toilet and bathroom sink are in different rooms. Shower was good but pressure a little weak for washing long hair. Plus there is a need to conserve water in southern Portugal. Kitchen had everything we needed including coffee, salt and hot sauce. Lots of places to explore with a car and hikes to go on. There is an award winning olive oil farm that gives tours and a honey farm close by. Very friendly couple from France who speak English and Portuguese are the owners.

As other people mentioned this is a small trailer not a bungalow. Two of the rooms have single beds very close together and a tiny shelf between the beds. A small closet in the rooms but you wouldn't want to have a lot of stuff as the space is compact. These rooms are more suited for children. We were 3 adults so it was fine. To have 6 people staying there in the winter would be difficult. It's a lot like camping in a 26 foot trailer. No sharp knives but we haven't found a decent sharp knife anywhere we've stayed in Portugal. Shower and bathroom sink in one room, toilet in another which can be a good thing. You would want to flush the toilet when someone is in the shower.You do need a car but town is less than a 10 min drive away.

This is a great place run by wonderful hosts. The little villa's are clean, properly furnished and look nice as well. The garden is beautiful with an orange grove, BBQ area, Badminton field, Petanque spaces and a pool we did not try out due to the temperature but it looks very inviting. Also Leon the Peacock is very hospitable. When we had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight the hosts even brought us a little breakfast set the evening before so we could travel with a full belly. The breakfast could do with a bit more variety. It was not bad in the least but when staying at a Bed and Breakfast my expectations for the Breakfast are quite high and due to everything else being so wonderful it becomes a bit more noticable that it's not at the same level.

this is a stunning property, lovely and quite with beautiful gardens to look over. you are made very welcome. the grounds are lovely to to sit and dream your days away. lovely fresh orange juice to enjoy with your breakfast, picked from the trees in the garden.

you will need transport when staying here to get around, however, the areas close by are easy to get to with the roads being fairly quiet

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast. The pool is a fabulous addition, especially around 6pm when heat cools down a bit. Estelle and Damien are super helpful. They provide towels for the pool/beach and you can borrow a parasol to take with you to the beach. Fabulous!

Most guests were very respectful and helped to keep a relaxed stay for everyone. However there was a family in a bungalow a bit outside the rest that were super loud, shouting and turning on loud music. That was a bit uncomfortable, it was difficult to stay in the pool when they were around.

The host was really friendly, showing us the amenities and giving recommendations. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great with everything we needed a small drive away.

Beautiful garden with very nice facilities (sitting area, bbq) surrounded by orange trees (fresh orange juice every day!), the pool area is amazing and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are so comfortable with your own veranda, nice beds and bathroom. Each room has either it's own fridge, or you get a piece of the fridge in the main area. Very convenient! Really loved spending time (swimming, hanging out) and our evenings at this place and cooking our own food on the bbq!

We had a rental car for the area, so for us location was perfect! Close to Fuseta, Olhao and Faro. But I can imagine location is a bit more difficult if you do not have a car, since it is not situated in the towns itself.

Place was advertised as a bungalow but was a small static caravan. The sunbeds were old and only 2 for the accommodation (3 in our party) and the umbrella was broken so these could not be used. This accommodation is ok for 2/3 nights not for 2 weeks.

It was really a nice location. Quit and a lot of space around the house. There was also a very nice swimming pool.

We thought we had booked a bungalow. It was a mobile home. The mobile home was well equipped, everything you need was there.

Beautiful house in the countryside but still close enough to get to different beaches by car. This was our 2nd stay in the “Quinta” 2 bedroom apartment which is really comfortable and has everything we needed, including a large outdoor patio with a table for dining outside. Great location where you can see all the stars in the night sky. Estelle and Damien are really kind and helpful hosts.

We had a great stay at Quinta Pereiro!!! Estelle and Damien are great, welcoming and always ready to help and give great advice!! The facilities are amazing, the barbecue is great, the swimming pool as well… We just had an awesome time!! Thank you Estelle and Damien for everything and we hope to see you soon!!

Lovely pool! Good location. Nice garden to sit. Private terrace. Good Wifi to work! Enough privacy and lovely big table to eat and BBQ. Very quiet and relaxed ambiance. Breakfast basic. But good to start the day. And owners are very nice and helpful. Beaches are nearby. Some good restaurants. But a day at the pool is also good! We would have staid longer if we knew it was this nice!

What an amazing place. We really enjoyed every second of it: the pool, the garden, the breakfast. Would recommend it to everyone!!
