The beds were comfortable, the house had everything you need including the kitchen very well stocked. Normally you have to purchase a lot of small things for a vacation house but this one had everything we needed.

The home was perfect for 6 adults on a recent trip the Deal's Gap. The driveway was huge and we could fit all our cars (very low S2000, boxster, C6) and a truck and trailer. The driveway is a little steep at first but levels out. The road getting to the house is a windy, one way, single lane road. But we were able to get a truck and trailer with a car on it through there just fine. The house is the perfect spot between Robbinsville and Deal's Gap. We could see the sunset through the trees over the water from the deck. Very quiet and relaxing area. We had a blast! The host was very communicative. 10/10 would recommend.

We have never stayed anywhere that was so well equipped. We grilled and there was an extra full propane tank, so no worry about running out.
The house was spotless, and the owner put out fresh cut flowers. I was just like being at home except better because it is perfectly kept..

We've stayed at a lot of different houses in the area, and this one has become our favorite. It's always well-kept, well-prepared, and well-stocked for most anything you'd need as a rental in the area. We appreciate the lakeside location, but also being close to town in the event that you need supplies of any kind. We also enjoy the nice gestures from the owner, like stocking the fridge with fresh eggs to work with for breakfasts. Definitely recommend.

This was a beautiful home for our family to stay in for 5 days over July 4th holiday. Perfectly stocked with everything needed for your stay! Very spacious bedrooms and baths. Plenty of parking and i must say the landscaping is absolutely stunning. Certainly created with an artists eye!

We just stayed at this house for the second time in a year and loved it just as much the second time around. It appeared that the house acquired some nice additions since the last time as well, such as an additional bed and optional air mattress in one of the bedrooms. The driveway being paved is a huge plus for those who come to the area for car/motorcycle events. Porches are great, and the location is fantastic too.

The cabin was very nice but lacked in a couple of areas. The kitchen could use some serious cooking utensils (pots/pans, measuring spoons, etc). There were 3 TVs and we could never get any to connect to a major network. This could have been our lack of knowledge, however there were no instructions available. The hot water seemed to run cold to the kitchen sink but very hot to the downstairs bath. You had to run the water for a long time before getting hot in the main bathroom. All 3 bedrooms need to have the mattress replaced with queen or king size beds. Ice machine in the refrig did not produce ice unless we didn't know how to operate it properly.
The location is perfect. Very quiet, beautiful surroundings and people were friendly that we met on the road.

Excellent experience. This home was very clean and tidy upon arrival. Check in was easy and we had a great time staying here. The location was quiet with lake access and spacious rooms were perfect for our group of 6 people. I am regular and long time user of VBRO and honestly never had a bad experience. Unfortunately this time we had a accident on way to our property. I reached to the designated property manager by email and phone to advise and NEVER got a response. I then attempted to contact the Management at Evolve and NEVER got a response. We chose to abandon our trip and plans. I will not book any property again that Evolve handles and suggest you do the same. Really disappointed. EVERY other property manager I have dealt with has been responsive and helpful but Evolve must not care.

fantastic, clean house in a perfect location for any motorcycle or car enthusiast. just minutes away from Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, Moonshiner 28 and Foothills Parkway.
The driveway is smoothly paved with plenty of room to park your bikes, trailers and trucks.

Family Quick Trip Get-A-Way
This is a beautiful property. The home is well appointed and has just enough personal touches to make it feel like a home and not just another rental. Just a note for renting seniors that all three bedrooms are on different levels so there are plenty of stairs. Also, the lake view during the summer months is minimal at best due to the foliage, but still have peakaboo visibility. All in all, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time. Would return after the leaves drop.

Lovely home.
Enjoyed our stay. Clean and neat home. Was a good location for riding motorcycles to Tail of Dragon. The neighborhood is built on steep slopes so maneuvering the narrow road was difficult with a trailer as we trailered our bikes there. Just be aware of that.

Great spot near the Dragon
We chose this property for its proximity to the Tail of the Dragon and an event that we attend annually, and will likely make this place our new spot. House was very clean and well prepared for our stay. Coming down for car events, we appreciated that the street in is paved and that the driveway is very accessible. Our only knock would be the experience attempting to message the property manager with questions weeks ahead of the stay. Multiple messages went without response on Vrbo. They asked us to create a separate log in and manage our reservation through their own web site, which seemed strange and unnecessarily complicated. Messages to them on that platform weren't replied to either. However, they were great to work with directly over the phone and quickly answered our questions and adjust our dates.

Beautiful cabin!
We had an amazing time at the cabin. It was beautiful and it looked just like the pictures. The Christmas tree was decorated beautifully for the holidays which was a great addition to our Christmas vacation. We walked though the neighborhood and took great pictures by the lake. I highly recommend this cabin for a peaceful getaway.

This place is paradise. The views are amazing, the quiet brings you peace, and the neighbors give you a smile and a wave. The house provided common areas for great family conversations but privacy for each bedroom. What more can you ask for?

Lake House Vacation
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home with views of Lake Santeetlah. Aura added special touches, to include fresh flowers, hand made soaps and tomatoes from her garden. It was the perfect place to relax as well as enjoy some water activities - touring the lake on a pontoon boat, white water rafting nearby and kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake. I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect mountain getaway place for friends!
We had an amazing long weekend experience! This listing is straight forward with no surprises. Check in was simple and leaving was easy clean up because this house has all of the little things you may need already available. There were 7 of us ranging from 25 to 45 years old from the Chicagoland area and we were absolutely smitten with the Smoky Mountains. The property manager was awesome, quick to reply, and always available. Just a warning though: there is no cell phone reception in these mountains, so maybe download the map so it's available offline before you get too deep in the mountains. The wifi in the house was a bit slow, but steady enough for what we needed and helped us a lot when we needed to communicate. 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfect location for car or bike enthusiasts
The house was as described and fit our needs nicely. The important thing to our group was that the cars could fit into the driveway. We had an Audi, 2 Porsches, an Alfa 4C, and a 302 Boss that all fit with no issues. No problems with rubbing or high centering coming off the road. It’s about 20 minutes to the Dragon, about the same to the Cherohola Skyway.

Very beautiful house just as the pictures displayed. We are a group of people of families and friends. The house was spacious and very quiet. The owner/manger was very quickly at responding issue (the water heater was accidentally turned off). Overall, it was an amazing stay and everybody had so much fun.

Transparent check-in. Secluded location in gated Lake Santeelah community. Although, not directly lakefront, this property offers lakeview with all the amenities. We were a group of senior retired Army personnel who get together, from different states, and ride motorcycles. This was an EXCEPTIONAL stay. Highly recommend!!

Amazing mountain cabin
Amazing little cabin tucked into the lake properties. The streets are only one way so it's much quieter. There is internet but it's very limited which we figured being a remote location. We had an issue with the dishwasher (people before us had broken glass in it) the manager was very responsive and fixed it in less than 1 day. The driveway is one of the best and we were coming to drive the dragon. it was easy to change tires. Overall a well taken care of spot with gorgeous views
