Lake House with easy water access, limited water view, sitting on 4 acres.
Profitez de votre séjour dans cette très belle location de vacances de trois ans avec deux chambres et une salle de bains au bord du lac Barkley, située sur Moon Bay Dr, près de Barkley Dam. Ce terrain ombragé de 3 1/2 acres est parfait pour les plaisanciers ou simplement se détendre et profiter du pays comme un environnement, les commodités comprennent. Pergala, barbecue à gaz et à charbon, 2 vérandas, zone sécurisée très paisible., Grand parking pour vous plaisanciers, à proximité de plusieurs rampes de mise à l'eau, une extrêmement proche, d'autres à moins de 5 minutes, ainsi que des marinas à service complet, telles que Hu'be's, Green Turtle Bay et Buzzard Rock. Une variété de restaurants tels que Patti's Settlement, Oasis Bar and Grill, The Joint Bbq et Mexican authentique ne sont que quelques exemples de la bonne nourriture à quelques minutes.

Paducah is known for quilting and we came down for the quilt show. Hotels were too expensive so we opted for VRBO instead. This house is very nicely decorated. A bathroom with a sink, mirror and toilet and then another bathroom with a sink, mirror and shower which makes it very convenient for multiple people getting ready in the morning at the same time. Very clean and well supplied.

Beautiful place to stay. Clean and newly remodeled and up to date, and awesome decorations that give it the lake house atmosphere. New appliances and awesome relaxing rain shower heads. Seen two deer right outside our window at dusk, it was beautiful!

The property was clean and very nice….it was perfect for my husband and I….we stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed ourselves….look forward to returning sometime!

We had a great time! House was great! Close to the lake and boat dock! Close to amazing food at Pattis 1800 settlement! Peaceful evenings on the porch!! We will definitely have to go back! Added bonus the Shower was Awesome!!

This little house was all we needed for my wife and me, and our two ‘furry’ girls, Bella and Lucy. The very large and shaded yard was perfect for them to romp around and tire themselves out. They chased squirrels (but never caught them) and protected us from many ‘phantom’ threats. There aren’t any nearby eats, but drive a few miles and the choices are many. Great hiking, great scenery, just a great getaway for us and the mutts. Hooghly recommended.

Lisa and Glenn are perfect hosts and are very accommodating. Location for our bass tournament was perfect with a ramp for us to use just a minute away. Plenty of parking for two trucks and 20+ ft bass boats. Will definitely stay here for our next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay, we saw a ton of deer on the property behind the house, falcons and woodpeckers. I was afraid there wouldn’t be anywhere for me to walk my dogs, but I was wrong, there is a big neighborhood down the street, even a park which was perfect for me and the littles. The house was very nice and organized inside and out. We were very pleased, we would definitely come back…it will be our first place to book when we come back to fish.

Very nice fall weekend getaway. We enjoyed nearby mountain biking and kayaking as well as hiking.

Perfect stay!
We normally bring all the stuff we need for food and such due to properties not being the cleanest, but that wasn't needed at this house. The place was very clean and tidy upon arrival. We were expecting a couple bugs since it's wooded around the property, but we honestly didn't even see a single bug in the whole house. The king bed was very comfy and warm during the cold nights. This is a lovely property. You will enjoy your stay here!

Great weekend get away
Had a wonderful experience clean neat.very quite wildlife deer walking around. Close to fishing area Patties, flea market, antique shops beautiful surroundings.Hated to leave.

The only thing I wish was that there were some instructions on how to lock/unlock the house; how to use the remotes to the lights, ceiling fans, & air conditioners; & what was expected of the guests to do at checkout…i.e, put bedding in washer or leave on bed, where to throw trash, leave it locked or unlocked. But these are little things & the stay was very comfortable & enjoyable. Thank you

Clean and peaceful
This little house is in a peaceful wooded setting a short walk from the lake. We rented it for family on two separate weekends and had a very enjoyable stay both times. We will be back!

Great stay, helpful owners
We had been to the lake a few times, this location was super clean and supplied. Air conditioning was nice and cold -it was in 90s during our stay so this was perfect! Owners were super accommodating and helpful even when a late night message was sent. We would definitely stay again. Our only issue was we arrived at night and GPS sends you to the end of the road instead of the near the beginning where it is and the number was a bit difficult to see.

Wonderful weekend! The property had everything we needed for a weekend at the lake...furnished kitchen, washer and dryer and a fire pit! The house was exceptionally clean and homey!

Cozy, quiet getaway
This was a great place to come get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life! Air conditioning was great, place was super clean, property was peaceful and serene, master bed was very comfy. The hosts weren’t a bother and were very accommodating to bring us a blender. ☺️There was everything you need within the cozy cottage and several areas to relax and view the lake within a short drive. We ate at the Oasis Grill both days. The brisket, pork chops, salmon & shrimp, and fried catfish were fantastic and large meals! Definitely recommend!
