We have stayed at the regency 3 times in less than a year. Rooms are clean and staff is awesome. We will stay at the regency everytime we are in the area.

Old hotel, fairly clean. Staff was friendly. Just had a weird feeling. Seemed to be alot of people hanging around. Swimming pool was dimly lit and not the cleanest.

I travel through this part of Kentucky multiple times each year and I’m not sure how I never found Regency Inn until now! The low rate led me to believe there would be some compromises in quality, but this wasn’t the case at all. The room was not only clean but it felt more modern than most motels, and the bed was very comfortable too! It’s also in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. I will definitely stay here again!

We needed a place for the night as we traveled back home. The Regency Inn is a nice little place and reasonable. I’d stay there again, even though it’s a little bit off the highway.

I have stayed there before and it is a clean reasonably priced establishment. The only problem I have is I was staying for two days. After the first night the next morning an employee came to my room and said it is time for you to check out. I told him I had paid for 2 nights he said I know you have been here for two nights. Long story short we went to the office he checked his paperwork and found I had only been there for one night. Then he told me after this I owed him 29.00 more dollars. I told him I wasn’t giving him the money I had a receipt showing I had paid in full. I don’t know kinda strange.

There were flies in the room and drain flies around the sink. I was in a room in the back of the motel and the WiFi was awful. I brought my laptop to work and could get maybe 5 minutes of slow internet before it went out for 5 minutes. However, the worst part was that I left out some Reese cups on the table in the room for like 5 hours and then saw a mouse rustling around in it. I alerted the staff at checkout and showed them a picture with the mouse visible and the room clearly theirs (along with the location tag and timestamp on iPhone) and the staff member said they needed to go in to the room and look at the mouse first. I was unable to wait for them to search for a mouse because I needed to checkout and get on the road, but there wasn’t even a “sorry that was your experience” from them, it was more like they didn’t believe me. So I won’t be staying there again.

I would recommend this place while staying near Lake Barkley and Eddyville, the room was clean and in good condition. Check in was fast and friendly. Great stay for the price.

We needed a quick room after a long day of driving. This had good reviews so we took a chance. This is a motel, with parking right outside your door. I haven’t stayed at a place like this before. But it was clean, felt safe, and was a great value option. I would stay here again.

There was no HOT water in the sink. My husband looked and the valve was turned off and removed. The hair dryer didn’t work and I specifically left my dryer home because they were supposed to have one. The huge mirror was cleaned 3/4 of the way up. So I guess the cleaners were short. The bedding was nice white and clean. The carpet looked newish and clean.

We loved our stay at Regency Inn. The staff were so lovely, and our room was spotless. Most comfortable bed I've slept on in a motel in ages!

I think this is a great value. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. Rooms have been very clean. Great shower. Everything worked as it should. Nice pool too! Near multiple places to get breakfast or dinner.
