Property was well maintained, warm cosy and immaculate. Easy access to village and local transport. Beautiful part of the country. Minor problem with WiFi which owner addressed immediately

The cottage was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The living area was great for all 5 of us to socialise. Large master bedroom, good size children's room and a tiny room for one person downstairs. Bedsheets smelled lovely. The cottage is a 2 minute walk away from a nice pub. Nice views from the master bedroom. Good number of leaflets with things to do in the area (we might have not returned one for Ilfracombe) We were welcomed with scones, cream and jam and a pint of milk, which was a lovely touch. Great (though pricey) zoo and dinosaur park nearby with a soft play facility, also a lovely walk by the sea. We enjoyed our stay.

The way to the parking space is a bit narrow, so one has to drive carefully. No problem for a good driver. Bring own dishwasher tablets.

Die Lage war sehr gut. 15min zu Fuß zum Strand. Kleiner Laden um die Ecke. (Kurzer) telefonischer Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich! Frische Blumen sowie clotted cream,scones und Milch bei Ankunft. Toll! Betten sehr bequem! Große,weiche Handtücher. Großer TV,Kamin. Nachtlichter im Kinderzimmer,gut mitgedacht. Waschmaschine vor Ort. WLAN zuverlässig.

Leider war das Cottage schon etwas schmuddelig. Das Schneidebrett hatte noch Krümel,die Fensterbänke sowie die Fenstersimse waren schmutzig und teilweise schimmelig. Gläser hatten tw. fettige Fingerabdrücke.Toilette war sehr sauber! Duschrand+Klopapierhalter und Ecken jedoch sehr staubig und hatte noch Haare von den Vorgängern. Die Lampe im Wohnzimmer war dick verstaubt und hatte zahlreiche tote Mücken inne. Der Außenbereich war nicht sehr einladend,die Tische und Stühle waren vermoost(im Hochsommer vielleicht nochmal anders). Die Zufahrt ist sportlich schmal,mit unserem VW Touran ging es gerade so.

The cottage itself was clean and tidy. Everything you need inside. Beds are made upand comfy! and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and cups etc. A cozy little cottage. Directions given to the place were spot on and the local town and beach are close clean and lovely.

Lovely place and super facilities. Best place we've stayed in for a long time. We will be coming back for our our next trip in a couple of month s and will definitely use again.

Nothing! Very happy with everything.

Very well furnished, very clean, all items, furniture, bedding etc of exceptional quality. Everything there you needed, even down to a pizza cutter. Was lovely and warm as heating was set but could be controlled and there was also an electric fire. Furniture was comfortable and clean, bed was wonderful, bathroom was well equipped and power shower was lovely. Plenty of room for a family to relax.

Access is awful. Very tight to get to via a badly maintained access road. Not for the faint hearted or new drivers. Long walk to the harbour - at least 20 minutes, and half a mile to nearest shop. Niggly thing but the windows needed cleaning (although the weather had been bad), window cill in lounge hadn’t obviously been cleaned for months and there was a dead moth on there. But as I say, just minor things.
