good location, clean

Location was perfect, price was good, it was clean, modern and warm and communication with staff was excellent. Very prompt and informative.

Could have done with more cutlery (pizza cutter, bottle opener etc), balcony was crumbling (looked dangerous) and had jar full of old cigarette butts on it - didn’t use it though. Noise from rear of property woke us from 5am on first night. Sounded like someone dragging a dumpster down a fire exit! Not really fault of the property though.

nice modern apartment, location is good however parking is not free, you can park by the big church 10 mins walk away. not a lot of bits in the apartment for cooking etc but i guess you wont do much anyway. Wifi did not work but good phone signal. Bins being emptied 7am so that will be your alarm... not fully clear message on check in, missing house number made us walk up and down on the road a few times by the time host replied but overall good place to stay.

Like many downtown Reykjavik places, this is on the 3rd floor with a narrow stairway.

The property is just like advertised. Very clean and situated just off the shopping/restaurant district.

There's only a washer, not a dryer, and not super clear as to what belongs to which apartment.

It is a wonderful apartment. I'd say even better than what you see in the pictures. It is equipped with everything you might need for you stay and it is located right next to bus stop 9 from which all tours can pick you up if you wish, right at the beginning of Reykjavik's Main Street and about three blocks away from from the sea. Moreover, all the shops one might need are around too. What is most important though is the instant communication one can have the managers of apartment. I used the booking chat while I was there and I got instant responses as if I was texting a friend. We were extremely satisfied with the apartment, our host, and the managers of the apartment and we strongly recommend it to everyone. Besides, the price was unbeatable compared to Reykjavik prices. Should we return, we will definitely look for the same apartment or at least for an apartment of the same company, GreenKey.

Perfect location - quiet but at the end of lovely main street into the centre. Really clean and good quality furnishings and facilities.

Limited Parking. However, free parking available near Hallgrímskirkja a short walking distance away.

This is possibly the best accommodation I stayed in. The location was great, really close to all the shops, good restaurants and bars, several minutes walk from Hallgrimskirkja church. Free parking is available right across the street from the building all day long. The owner was super responsive, met all our needs and requests and answered all our questions in no time. They even gave us very useful tips for a super tasty bakery with a discount, and an excellent recommendation for renting a car with their partnering company. The apartment is super warm, new, cosy and equipped with practically everything you need during your stay. Internet speed is high all around the apartment, beds are very comfortable, water pressure in the shower just perfect. We'll recommend this stay to all our friends wishing to visit Iceland!

Everything was more than perfect! If we go into tiny details, the light in front of the door was not working. And just a heads up, it's the third floor with no elevator, so prepare yourself for some bag carrying, but it is well worth it!

Absolutely superb location just 10 steps away (literally) from the main shopping street. Always warm and cosy. So clean, modern and the beds were great. Stayed here with 3 couples so there were 6 of us and there was enough space for all of us . The hosts were amazing, although we never met them face to face as we got the keys from a lock box (also extremely convenient) they were always one email away and would respond within less than 10 minutes. They booked us private transfers from the airport for only a little more than the massive coaches so we went straight to and from the airport with no hassle and no hassle of having to organise our own transport. They gave us a recommendation for the best bakery ever! And even gave us a code to get a 15% discount. They advised us on where we could store our luggage as checkout was at 11 and we weren’t flying home till 8pm so they gave us some good information for that. The apartment was amazing and so clean and prepared when we got there. They provided towels, toilet paper, soap, washing up liquid, sponges all the pans and cutlery you’d need. And even the double beds had two covers if you don’t like sharing your covers with another. Could not fault this hotel and would recommend this to anybody. Will never stay anywhere else if I return to Iceland. The owners and the apartment were amazing and I just can’t thank them enough for making our holiday that extra bit special.

Good location, a little further away from the centre, but still close to shops and restaurants, bus stop 9 and 10 very close. 2 good size bedrooms and spacious shower.

Very clean apartment that is situated in the centre of Reykjavik. A 15 min walk to the BSI bus terminal and 5 min walk to meeting point of most guided tours. The amenities of this place was top notch and it had everything we needed for our stay. It has a smart TV which you can use to relax and watch Netflix as an example.

It had a very small bin so we ended up changing it everyday. No instructions provided to where the bins can be thrown away as well as operating the exhaust for the kitchen as it didn’t work during our stay.
